The staff at my local bikestore are always super helpful and provide awesome service and insight for my bikes. Their recommendations have been on point and they're friendly too. It's obvious they're very enthusiastic about their bikes too.
I've had more than a few times where they've stayed over to help service my bike just to get me back on the road.
I love and still love my Marlin. And the new Marlin E-bike I just got has been wonderful to take on the trails. It's surprisingly light and covers everything you'd want in a bike. A Fantastic bike and great support!

I have been seriously riding bikes for over 40 years and have been in a lot of bike stores. Trek Chattanooga's customer service is well above and beyond that of any other that I've ever been in. They've addressed any concern I had immediately, have always been willing to work with me beyond anything I expected to make me happy. Always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. These guys are just the best!

We flew in for Ironman Chattanooga and had our bikes checked over pre race. Steven was awesome! His enthusiasm was contagious and his communication with our group was excellent. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing a “bike check”. (We pre booked these).

I would give them a billion starts if I could. Steve and the mechanics there went above and beyond at the last minute to help me get my bike ready for IM Chatt. It wasn’t an easy fix since my DI2 got messed up in transport - but they fixed it ( and a few other things!!). Great at explaining everything that was wrong. Thanks to everyone there! Such a welcoming store.

Stephen Shaw took great care of me while I was on a cross-country bike trip: setting aside a pair of cleats for me, having a busy mechanic install a derailleur cable, making a suggestion about how to solve a problem with my pump, advising me to replace my rear tire, and providing me with encouragement.
