“I have a Subaru Forester that needed a front end repair. I made an appointment, took it in, and they repaired in the same day. I also had my Mustang clutch and associated parts replace by Trantham's. I picked up the car and found things were not up to my liking. I contacted their service manager who had me drive with him. He agreed with me and replaced the new clutch assembly for no additional charges. One year later, still no issues.”

“These folks are by far the best auto shop in town. My introduction to them went like this. I took a coworker to pick up his truck there a few years ago. He called me and told me that Bo had said from the screeching noise my truck was making. If I didn't take care of the wheel bearing, the wheel would come off. This had happened twice before, and it was making those sounds when I took it to my former mechanic. They did nothing. I went back to Quality, and my coworker was still there . I left my truck and told Bo to fix it. He asked how long it had been since the previous work had been performed. I told him 4 months. He said they should still be under warranty. I told him to fix it anyway because I had had the oil changed a week before, and the other shop didn't say a word. We have used Quality ever since!”

“This was my family's personal choice for brakes , and alignment. They perform a lot of other services as well. They were highly recommended to us by a family friend. I don't know if you guys have been here before ? The lot is always full. It's as close to the road, without been in the road. This along should inform you they are staying busy. The management team greets you as you enter the shop. They will inform you of the estimated wait time. They perform an engine diagnostic, and will get back with you. This is a detailed history, even the car fax is documented. They always give an estimated dollar amount money ?. This way you guys will know what how much it will cost. No pressure to purchase. If your ? presents a dangerous situation affecting driving you will have to keep it parked. Some of you guys might get this. This could set up some liability. They have to protect themselves as well as you guys. Shout-out ?️. Thanks. This may explain as to why there are a lot extra cars ? on the lot. They continue to perform good services. My cars have been sold for more money, because of their work. I got more offers in terms of money for my cars. I did have two ? they completed work on. “I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. I originally took my vehicle to the local Jeep dealer because my vehicle was doing things that I knew had to be a transmission issue. Jeep "diagnosed" it in a day without checking the oil levels AT ALL and then told me I needed a new transmission at a cost of $12,000+. They're nuts. I paid the $260 they charged me to put in on the machine and left. I then took my vehicle to Hi-Tech. The guys at Hi-Tech know their business inside/out. The vehicle was there for a bit (they are busy) but came back to me running fine since. Cost for the transmission itself was nowhere near what Jeep wanted. Not only did they fix my transmission, they explained - in detail - the damage the defective Jeep part caused and kept the part to show me how and why it caused so much damage. Should I ever find myself needing ANY work to this vehicle or another, I will go to Hi-Tech again without any reservation.”
