I always receive superb customer service at this store. Returns and exchanges are no problem. No pushy salesmen here. Semaj is excellent to work with, what a great attitude, knowledgeable and very apparently enjoys working there and helping others. Definitely recommend this store!

Went in for Fiancee shoes ( ps took 5 years to find the right shoes for her to make her happy and this salesman there did just that .He worked so hard to make her happy even i was impressed and bought a pair of shoes wish i had cash cause he deserved a large tip would recommend this shoe store to anyone even i was pleased

I recently purchased two pairs of Birkenstock I was only looking to get one pair, however ,my salesperson semaj brought out a unique pair that were perfect for my Florida trip!!
He was very professional and included his manager Cole to assist in my concern over the scratches on the top of my shoes!
Needless to say I had a wonderful experience was educated on how to care for my new Birkenstocks
And my adidas! Will be back with my husband to purchase his home sneakers!!!!!

Bought some shoes here on Tuesday since my feet were killing me at work. Walked in the store and a guy with an Afro, greeted me and told me if I needed any help to let him know. I asked a couple of questions since I was trying to look for the perfect shoe. He was able to help me find the right one, thanks to him! Definitely will be coming back and looking for him whenever I need new shoes!

I found the shoe store in the Chattanooga, Tennessee mall. I work 10 1/2 hours a day on concrete in a warehouse. The gentleman that helped me spent two hours with me and he was absolutely amazing. We tried on different shoes, different insoles everything for two hours if not more. He made sure that everything fit right and was to my comfort, they also scanned your feet on a 3D scanner to see where the most weight is placed on your feet to get the right insoles and the best shoes.
Samaj was the guy that sat with me and help me for 2 hrs, very patient and kind. Will most definitely recommend!!

I don't think you could find a nicer and friendlier staff than the employees at this store. They're not pushy, just willing to help. I went into the store on the tax free weekend and found a pair that were on sale for 20% off plus tax free. They didn't have my size in store. They found them at another store and had them shipped to me at no extra charge. I ended up buying a second pair for my wife, I didn't want to leave empty handed. They have a good selection to choose from. The brands of shoes they carry are not normally discounted anywhere, so why not buy from a store like this that seems to appreciate your business.

Great amount of help and advice. They have the digital machine to help both with sizing and identifying inserts. Prices seemed to be in line with other shoe stores around. I typically am skeptical of people administering tests and also sell fixes, I wonder if they ever say you do not need an insert? It seems to have made a slight difference in my wife's back pain, enough to be worth it? Only time will tell but at least there appears to be some improvement.

We came in on June 21st to get some back to school shoes for my daughter, and we ended up leaving with 3 pairs because of how awesome our salesman Matt was. He was thorough, professional, and was an elite level listener and observer. He "knew" what we wanted before even we did, and even paid attention to the color shoes we already had on to help him help us with colorway choices. Matt is amazing, and you should reward him accordingly. He needs to be running that store, and I can assure you with him in charge, that store will succeed without issue.

I came to Tradehome Shoes during Christmas looking for my daughter Hoka shoes. I found the shoe I was looking for along with great cleaning advise for her shoe. Came back in July to find my husband a pair of Hoka shoes. Cole, helped me both times finding my daughters as well as my husband a great shoe. Cole went above and beyond for us both times I've visited the store. Excellent inventory and excellent customer service!
