My father and i came in on today (5/2/2024) to purchase a GreenWorks mower. Hunter helped us find everything we needed, they were out of stock at their location but hunter helped us confirm it at another of their stores and pay for it so that we could go and pick it up. 10/10 on personality and willingness to help, thank you so much.

This is the crappiest tractor supply I have ever been to. I brought my dog in here to give him a quick bath on our travels. Number 1 there was no hot water in the bathing area. And 2 all the amenities were so worn down and needing replacing. The tables were on their last leg and not even level. So they were shaking everywhere. The tubs were not being cleaned and there were no fresh towels. Also the dryer nozzles were cracked and busted up. I couldn’t even get my dog remotely dry. Don’t believe me, look at the pics. I only gave this place a 1 star because I couldn’t go any lower. And to top it all off the lady at checkout was so unwelcoming or helpful in any way. I found some product in the clearance isle that was not marked. But clearly meant to be there because there were several. Took it up front and she told me well they might just have put them there so they would sell. I’m sorry but last time I checked, clearance meant a discounted rate.

Lady said they couldn’t fill my RV with propane, they said hose wouldn’t reach.Every other TS I’ve been to has been able to.Laziness.

Truly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had! Amazing customer service- ‘First time with baby chicks and the staff could not have been more helpful and informative on what I needed. My daughter loved the shopping experience as well. Jake and I believe her name was Rebecca (so sorry if I got a name wrong!!) we’re terrific. We will be back. Thank you again.

I never usually leave reviews, but Jake was WONDERFUL! I’ve been having a horrible flea problem with my kitten and my house being infested. It has been very time consuming, upsetting and expensive. Ive been struggling for months to solve the issue. I had been standing in the pet section for a minute trying to research, not having a clue what would be best. Jake took a good bit of time out of his day to tell me in detail, step by step what to do to solve the problem and recommend some great products. He went above and beyond and gave me more information than I have received from pet stores or even from the vets! Very thankful.
