THESE GUYS DESERVE A MEDAL AND RECOGNITION! Hayden, Tyler and the person who changed my tires they stayed a little after closing to help change my tires! I had two flats and they were kind enough to wait for my tow truck to bring me to their location. On a long road trip to Texas and they were ready to help and were very courteous. Best experience!

The guys at the front were easy to work with. They found out quickly what I needed and had me rolling out in a short amount of time, though the waiting area was clean and comfortable enough. Was glad to get the free alignment as well.

Tire Discounters has always made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I seriously cannot say enough great things about the employees. Every time I’ve ever been to TD, I’ve been met with exceptional service and very friendly and accommodating staff. I would 110% recommend this business. They will take great care of you and your vehicle.

We stopped by to get a low tire fixed on our way back from vacation, and they were quick and had excellent customer service. They also have a little kids area with a toddler table and chairs, a tv with kids show playing, and kid books which is so helpful for toddler parents!

Fantastic service! Picked up some metal on the road and ruined one tire, but was due a full set soon. Called an hour before closing, ordered my tires, dropped my car off the next afternoon, and within an hour had a new set! Good price, quality workmanship, and fantastic employees!

I see a lot of good reviews. Do people not check what they recommend and pricing?All I will ever think of Tire Discounters is how I was overcharged at Gunbarrel. It took another location to show it to me. At this location my $35 coupon was off the real price of $99 plus or minus a little.Oops! My fault because I didn't read the small print.In 20-30 years i have not had a problem with Valvoline or their coupons.One great thing about Tire Discounters is they rotate tires. I think they really do. My drive was better. I think they checked my air also.I have already talked with the District Manager.

Tire Discounters is our “go to” resource for our automotive needs for the last five years. Trevor and Parrish and their highly trained and well-motivated staff have always been a distinct pleasure to work with.They have never “high- pressured” for services that are overly expensive or unneeded in the maintenance of our six cars. I recommend them without qualification to one at all. I have no doubt that you will be as pleased with their expertise as I am.Mike Mena

Parrish and the group at Tire Discount went above and beyond to help me after I had two damaged tires . They arranged for a ride for me , ordered the new tires and kept me in loop during the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

The guys here are really good & friendly; I like them & don’t have any complaints. Everything stays clean; they don’t get oil everywhere. Also, there’s a little nook where you can work while you’re waiting & they have water (& a coffee pot, though I haven’t used it so can’t report on that).

I was traveling back from Missouri and I had a nail in my tire about 10 minutes out from Chattanooga. Hayden was kind enough to ensure that they would still be open even though it was 15 minutes until closing time to get my tire repaired before I left for New York. I cannot say how grateful and appreciative I am and how quick the service was as well! They have certainly earned my business and respect. Thank you so much and special thank you to Hayden!

These guys are awesome! My wife hit a large piece of metal on Signal Mountain Blvd. at 5:40 pm, and punctured the tire. Called these guys and told them the situation. They stayed open late for me to drive out to Signal mountain blvd, pull the tire off, and bring it to them. Thought the tire would need to be replaced, but they were able to patch it. Highly recommend Tire discounter’s!

Updated from 2 stars…Shortened Issue: My tires were bought through this store for $$$$ due to size of my truck. About two months later, I get a staple in my tire. After a normal car shop wait, a mechanic meets with me to tell me he cannot patch and I need a tire. Since I did not buy the total coverage warranty and it’s a staple they cannot patch.Personal solution: I took it to another shop after TD put the spare on and it was patched for $15.TD solution recommendation: I would recommend only allowing the front staff to give bad news as they will be more personable. I could recommend smaller patches/plugs, but that will not help this store long term.I did get a call from the store manager which is the reason for the update. We related on the topic and will talk more next time I visit.

My experience: called at 8am about getting 4 tires same day without an appointment, dropped off at 845am car was ready by 1pm, this was with 4 new tires, alignment, oil change, replace wiper blades... when I say the professional and friendly atmosphere and service was over and above I'm not even remotely exaggerating in the least. Top notch level of service, highly recommend.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! I went to a different shop to get my tire looked at and they said they didn’t see anything wrong with it, so I came to Tire Discounters. They took a look, showed me pictures, and were able to tell me what was wrong in less than two hours from arrival. All of the staff members I talked to were very kind and provided updates throughout the process of getting a new tire. Will definitely be back for any car needs!!
