Best car shopping experience I have ever had!....Brad and Todd were great! They were able to accommodate my needs and over delivered on their promise. That has never happened in my car buying experience. I highly recommend Tim Short Mazda! Kudos to a great dealership and an excellent staff!

I had a great experience at Tim Short Mazda. They quickly got me in to test drive a vehicle I found online. Our salesman, Bill Camden, was courteous, professional and worked hard to find the right deal for us! I would recommend him to any person looking to buy a new or used vehicle from this dealership.

I just purchased a CX-5 from this dealership and it was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I was extremely nervous about buying a car, as I have had some rather bad experiences. However, I quickly became at ease. I felt no pressure to purchase the car. Chris, my sales person, explained all the features of the car. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I wanted the dealership to add a few features to the car and he interfaced with the shop to find out how to make that happen. Chris, Tyler who does the financing, and the sales team management all worked hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. There was no haggling. I just told them what I was willing to pay and they made it happen. The whole experience was an answer to prayer. Thank you Jesus! I can't wait to bring my new car home!

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned CX-5 from Tim Short Mazda. We had a great buying experience! Bill Camden was a pleasure to work with, and he took good care of us. Tyler Tickle provided a smooth finance experience, and he did not try to push additional warranties or commodities. He simply took us through the signing process with ease. Bought a new Mazda here and it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! (And we have bought several cars over the years.) Tes and Brad made the purchase and trade process go so smoothly and both were very nice and helpful. Tyler in finance was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Tim Short Mazda dealership!!

Initial buying experience was fine, but it took far longer than necessary. We were pre-approved by the bank and had already selected a vehicle. We called in advance to have the paperwork readied and still waited hours to sign it. The worst part, however, has been trying to cancel the warranty. I called and was told I’d be sent an email in a few hours. 5 hours later, I called back and asked for a rough timeline on getting the paperwork. I was not apologized to. Rather, I was told they were slammed and I couldn’t get a timeline. I called a couple hours later and spoke with the sales manager that the process would take 4 weeks and I had to come in to sign the paperwork! What a bunch of sleaze bags.

We had Chris and he was great! We were set on buying a car and he was working to get us good prices and he was even helping us look for better insurance. Then the general manager came over and he was talking to me like a 5 year old buying a pony. I’m an 18 year old female so my boyfriend who has bought several cars was there with me and did most of the talking. Then Tyler came over there and they had negotiated some prices with me and I told them what I wanted and they wrote it down & he asked me to initial it WITHOUT making it clear that if I initialed it I was agreeing to buy that car for sure if they got those prices. Luckily my boyfriend stopped me & after that we knew we weren’t buying from them.

We purchased a van through Tim Short Mazda and it has turned into a never ending mistake. The van was a 2016 and only had 18,000 miles on it. We packed up our five kids, made the two hour drive to Chattanooga and, in that moment, were very happy with our purchase. We have been dealing with issues ever since, which has now been over a year. Tim Short Mazda has let us know they will do nothing to remedy the situation. When we purchased the van, they told us it had never been wrecked. Upon taking it in for repairs, the local dealership has let us know that it has obviously been wrecked in the past. When I called Tim Short Mazda, they told me they didn't know where they got the van and knew nothing beyond what is listed in Autocheck. They have since let me know they bought it at auction and I could have done research on my own using the VIN number. I thought the dealership selling me the van would provide accurate information.
