Jordan is absolutely amazing! For the past 7 years he has been very patient with us and helped us find our dream home. He’s a hard worker, excellent at what he does and very honest. Not only was he our realtor but we also gained a friend and it’s a friendship we will always cherish. We’re truly going to miss him but he will always have our business in the future. My husband and I began working with Nathan Torgerson at Keller William Realty over a year ago. Our life time of working hard resulted in us seeking to find a new forever home, moving all the way from San Diego to Chattanooga and starting afresh in a new playground. We met Nathan, immediately appreciated both his grasp of the community and his understanding of this BIG life change. He took a lot of information and began sending us homes that were on the market and met our requirements, so that we could become familiar with the market and over time refine our desires.We picked up lock, stock and barrel and arrived in Chatt just weeks ago. Nathan had a list of homes that met our interests and set up showings. Our last home visited on the first Friday in town hit all the buttons for both my husband and I. Within five minutes we were "all in". This is a home that Nathan added to the list, though it missed was item on my wish list as he just felt it might be the right fit, anyway. IT WAS! IT IS and I'm thrilled. But, he knew us well enough to go "outside" the box outlines by his clients and use his knowledge and intuition and hit a home run.Nathan AND his office have been on top of every step of this process, making it as stress free and pleasant as possible. He is also a fount of information for quality contacts in the community to support you as you make the home you have just purchased, your own. He is ALWAYS quick to respond and also ALWAYS a step ahead of me on the to-do list. I so wish I got to say this about more professionals in my life, but he so exceeded my husband's and my highest expectations. I can be exacting and detail oriented to a fault and Nathan and his team are so on top of every step, I was just amazed and pleased.He not only managed this purchase for us, but within a week had us all lined up on a smaller home for a relative who will be moving to the area. That purchase has also been flawlessly handled. Two purchases in two weeks would usually have me in a lather of anxiety. But, Nathan and his team have earned my trust and my highest regards. Simply flawless! Obviously, I recommend them should you have real estate needs.
