Love this place! From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth and dedication of Miriam and her daughter Katie. Miriam has an impressive design and textile background. Miriam and Katie pay close attention to details and diligently strive to assist with color coordination, proper sizing and budget constraints. They have exceeded my expectations for over 13 years. The magnificent rugs we purchased are top quality. I am grateful they also have a service to professionally clean the rugs when needed. Little wonder people travel multiple miles from various states to their place of business.

We recently moved to Chattanooga from California and had several rooms to furnish. We started our shopping at the Rug Rack and Mariam did amazing job of assisting us in coordinating the rugs for the various rooms that we were decorating. The rug selection was beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Katie and her colleague delivered the rugs and expertly laid them out for us. The entire experience was professional and very friendly. They went above and beyond and we highly recommend this family owned business. Our experience start to finish was outstanding!

My wife and I recently purchased new rugs for our living room and dining room from The Rug Rack.Miriam is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. Her excellent recommendations regarding size, fabric, color, and patterns made our selection process easy and enjoyable. We also purchased a lamp, throw and pottery piece.Our rugs were delivered two days later. Katie and Darius placed the pads and rugs perfectly.We could not be happier with our purchases and highly recommend The Rug Rack.John and Eleanor Sellers.

Local folks that have been in business for a few decades. Friendly service. Spent a lot of time with them as they answered our questions, explained the differences in material and weave. I want to touch, feel, look and smell what I'm buying. Buy local. Buy from your neighbors! We really like the two large area rugs that we purchased from them today. UPDATE 1/9/21. From my original review we obviously highly recommend Miriam at the Rug rack. We just had them to install cellular blinds in our new home and we are well-pleased. The install went well and was a much quicker install that I had anticipated. I'll say it again, with their knowledge and vast array of options call The Rug Rack................hey they are local folks too!
