DO NOT STOP OR WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS SO CALLED ESTABLISHMENT. VERY SKEPTICAL. LOOKING FOR THRIFT TYPE ITEMS? THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN A FLEA MARKET. ABSOLUTELY HAS NOTHING. WASTE OF REAL ESTATE SPACE.

I am new to the area and dropped my uhaul off at this location which went flawless. While there, my daughter and I looked around as she was in need of a desk. She found a nice desk and we bought it. She said we have 5 days to pick it up which wasn't a problem. We purchased it on Thursday and we were there at 11am on Monday to pick it up. We went back where it was and it was gone. They SOLD it again to someone else! They did refund our money but my daughter really liked the desk. Just not professional thats all.On another note, we found a really nice desk at Big lots for $29.99, $10 cheaper and brand new!

I've never written a review on a business before.. that's how you know this is bad lol. Terrible service, the lady was rude and disrespectful tried to up charge me differently from what the tag was ?? I ended up saying never mind thank you and she scoffed at me and gave me a dirty look proceeded to be rude on my way out. Aside from that, the place itself is honestly a dump. I wouldn't recommend going in, it's like a minefield trying to navigate through it. Overpriced and most of the stuff is literally garbage and junk. Hope this helps someone not have an awful experience. OH and the photos online are SOOO outdated. The inside is TRASHED, compared to the pictures.

Everyone that works here is go with the flow and friendly! I love this place to peddle away a few hours rummaging through the electronics and finding new DVDs/vhs

I feel terrible leaving such low stars, but honestly I want to give 1. As an out of Towner, I was going around Chattanooga to vintage and thrift shop. I should've read reviews. We stopped here and upon walking in I wanted to turn around. The place is packed with stuff, and most is junk. There were piles of clothes on the floor, just absolute chaos. It seems like they just put out whatever people drop off, even if the glassware is dirty. The furniture was gross. I just couldn't get past how awful this place was. Please don't make the trip inside. There are so many other stores down the street that are curated and tidy. Neither employee even acknowledged our existence while we walked around.

Very nice people that work there. Nice selection of items. Some things are way overpriced, some are reasonable.. Could really use some organization.

They have good quantity but not always quality. I wish they had prices on some stuff so I didn’t have to bother staff

This appeared to be a privately owned thrift store. The pricing is high for items which may be collectible or a good brand. Upon entering, the person behind the counter was overheard saying that she looks up everything on eBay to see what it is selling for before she prices it. Well just because it is listed for a price on eBay, it does not mean that is what it SOLD for or sold at all. The store is a hot mess with furniture mostly piled up. While there were a few nice pieces, the majority is dirty and broken down with no price visible. The back of the store has a strong unpleasant smell. On a positive, there is an extensive collection of CDs, DVDs, and movies. If you like digging through piles or like to refinish and repair furniture, this may be the store for you.

Dirty, cluttered, smells like smoke. Nice people but won’t be returning

I love this thrift store! They were so gracious when I was cleaning out my Mom's apartment after her passing. They graciously accepted everything I brought by and assured me someone, somewhere would benefit from my donations. They made a difficult time much easier to bear

Great service for an authorized dealer of Uhaul. Thrift store aspect is also quite enticing. If you haven't checked them out retro gamers... what you doing with your life. Excellent

Nice calm environment and a friendly staff. Kinda felt like a thrift store that's on the nicer end of the spectrum. More than fair pricing.

Drove 45 minutes to get there on a Saturday and they were closed. The website says they’re open until 6 but the door says they’re open until 5. Regardless it was only about 4:30 and they weren’t open. The flashing little open sign was even on. Very annoying and unprofessional.

This is NOT a thrift store. This is a very expensive reseller boutique. Items are donated to them for free for charity and, out of greed, they price higher than brand new retail prices. As in 20-60 dollars for jackets or 40-60 dollars for a pair of shoes. These people get stuff donated for free to help others and are basically running a for profit resale boutique. For years this was a place people could get things for cheap but not anymore, it's a smelly resale shop where I'm fairly certain these profits aren't going to completely to charity but in the owners pockets. Please Do not shop or donate here. Slimy super greedy and honestly messed up. Their prices have more than quadrupled just this year. Ridiculous. I will never shop here again even if I wanted to I couldn't afford it
