I wandered through and was greeted by two smiling employees. I ended up having ingredient questions but didn't have glasses with me. Anna was kind enough to read the ingredients to me on multiple products until I found one that made me happy. I had a great experience and would def return.

We walked into this store and immediately walked back out because the staff was rude and condescending. You can get the same products at Ulta or Sephora and experience much kinder and less pretentious service.

This is my go to place for skin and hair care as well as natural make up products. They carry skinceuticals and Trish McEnvoy plus Renee always calls me if there is a sale or something I need is back in stock. Great products and service! Don’t sleep on this one y’all.

This place carries some great lines. HOWEVER - the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful and treats customers like an inconvenience. This place is usually a last resource for me, but yesterday I went to pick up some makeup - asked for help several times - and was ignored. Also, heaven forbid you bring children into their establishment. Their customer service is shameful - shop elsewhere.

I've been here several times looking for makeup and skin care products. Staff members are consistently and incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly (also, heaven forbid you ever bring children into their establishment!) Their products are also extremely expensive & can be found online for cheaper. Do not recommend.

Was recommended by a employee to try Oribe Gold Lust shampoo and conditioner. Let me just say, AMAZING!!! I will never go back to the dollar store shampoo and conditioner and will be a customer for life. The improvement i've seen with this product has been a game changer for me. My hair used to be dry and frizzy. Just over all a mess. Now, I can curl my hair without it getting frizzy from the hot Tennessee heat. If anyone has the same frizzy hair problems like me. Please try this product, you won't be disappointed.

Bought Orbe Dry Shampoo here since I heard it was the best. For $49 I was extremely disappointed. I opened up the box and took the lid off of the bottle and the top plastic that you press down to spray flipped off, but not completely broken off. I pressed it back onto the top until it snapped, but now I wish I had returned it. The product in the bottle barely lasted maybe 5 times before it just sprayed air. The only thing good about my experience with this produce is that it does smell great. I will never buy this again because the price is outrageous and I am not sure I will be going back to buy other produces from the Cosmetic Market.

This is a beautiful shop with so many products available. I had my makeup done for a wedding by Trisha and I could not have been happier. She listened to exactly what I wanted and applied the makeup flawlessly. I was getting complimented all evening. All of the ladies in the store were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they are educated about what products to use on certain skin types. The only downside is that I don’t live close enough to go as often as I’d like!
