I saw this place advertised on a billboard and since I was in the market for a mattress, I decided to stop in. Once you walk into this establishment, You feel very welcomed. The employees are very knowledgeable and also laid back which made me very comfortable. Pricing is the best I’ve seen in the area for the quality of bed. Their adjustable base is a great product that they sell as well. I recommend them to anyone who is in search of a mattress. I’m so happy I came across them.

To start off, the bedboss company itself has amazing customer service. Every little fork in the road I was met with, they easily smoothed for me. I reached out to them directly from their company website.For example, my adjustable base came in two different boxes (I was unaware of that and the shipping company delivered the other one few days later), so I called them and they were able to track my second box. When that one arrived, I immediately noticed some rough handling of the package and reached out again. They were quick to assist and send replacement parts just in case it was damaged during shipment.I’ve slept on this adjustable base with my 200+ pound purple mattress for 2 nights now, and I have no issues with it.Overall, I am confident that this was one of the best purchases I have made because it comes with unparalleled customer service.

We ordered the Relax 404 adjustable base King size. It arrived in a very reasonable amount of time in 2 large boxes. Warning they are heavy. All parts were in good condition and it took us about an hour to put together. Definitely watch the video on how to assemble prior to setup. The base is very sturdy and I love the zero gravity setting. I had my best nights sleep that I have had in years! We have been using the bed for one week now and it functions perfectly. I would highly recommend this product and this company.

During my search for the best adjustable bed frame, durability was my top priority because my significant other and I are both on the heavier side. Most competitors simply looked flimsy, with the bed frame being so thin I wondered how it could possibly support two people while adjusting the frame simultaneously. As soon as I got the bed frame delivered, I could immediately tell that it was good quality because of the weight of the package. We were able to set it up in less than an hour because the instructions provided were clear. Assembly wasn't too hard with the help of another person. We have been using the bed frame for about a month now. The frame itself adjusts smoothly with no issues/weird noises, even with both of us on the bed. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I think it's worth the price given its quality. I highly recommend everyone to choose Bed Boss adjustable bed frame over its competitors due to its sturdiness and awesome customer service.

Fantastic bedding option! I discovered their brand about 2 years ago when I moved temporarily for work, needing a cheap temporary twin mattress BUT what I got was a very comfortable, inexpensive, memory foam mattress. When it was time to upgrade to a serious full mattress with some real funds, I stuck with them and I couldn't be happier. Their products are so comfortable. For LA, my mattress was cool in the heat. And I like to spend time on the mattress lounging during the day, so I can attest to their long lasting comfort. Spend a little time figuring out your desired firmness and it's a done deal. Their staff is also very friendly on every platform. I've chatted with them for orders, status checks, and general inquiries and they genuinely are there to help out. I purchased the side sleeper Crown Pillow and LOVE it. I have slept soundly 4 nights in a row now and have had no problems with allergies and breathing difficulties! This is honestly unprecedented for me and I attribute it to this pillow. My husband got the Select pillow. It is made with \\\"gel-infused memory foam plus natural latex\\\" and you can adjust the height of the pillow by taking out some of the foam filling. I used the accompanying travel pillow with the foam he took out of his pillow and use it to hold at night - very comfortable! So thankful for these pillows!!

We had a GREAT experience with The Bed Boss! Our mattress arrived very quickly! Customer service was fantastic! Sent in a question and it was answered in less than 24 hours. Mattress is VERY comfortable too! Would highly recommend The Bed Boss!

I absolutely love the great customer service by Chris Couch. I love my new mattress and pillows. I never thought that I would like my mattress this much, but my best bed ever in close to 60 years. I also have always liked feather pillows, especially when they are only half full. I stand corrected now and if you don’t have a Bed Boss pillow you should get some!! Thank you again Chris for getting me what I needed for a good night’s rest every night!

BEST customer service I've experienced in a long time A friend has a Bed Boss mattress and says it is the most comfortable one they've ever had, so I decided to order. I needed it to arrive at a particular time at a house I'd bought in another state, and a wonderful representative, Kristen, organized that for me. Then I had to change the date, and she coordinated that as well. I received it right on schedule along with a gift from the company. The mattress is still expanding but I'm very happy with everything!

I received a bed boss waterproof mattress protector when I purchased my bed. The material was light but sturdy, and wasn’t hot for the warm summer nights. I did have a small imperfection in the seem but Bed Boss took care of it for me and made things right. I’m very happy with my purchase, and would recommend to anyone looking for new sheets or mattress pads. The box was also very cute and compact.

I had been purchasing Bed Boss products for over 5 years. A mattress, pillows galore at the Bargain Beds in Crossville, Tn. I am done with both. companies. I know what a trademarked Bed Boss pillow looks like. i was sold some kind of knockoff which now is at the dump. It was that bad. Bargain Beds would not exchange or return and even hung up on me. Called Bed Boss. Never returned my call. it's My Pillow going forward.

We purchase a king size Bed Boss "Heir ET" and love it so much we purchased 2 more queen size mattresses for our other rooms. We absolutely love them and we are getting the best sleep we have had in years. My husband is a back sleeper and I am a Stomach sleeper and it works beautifully for both of us. Thanks Bed Boss!! Buy a mattress from anywhere but Bed Boss. The mattresses immediately sag and are painful within 3 months. Chris, the customer service representative is worthless. His solution was to enhance their beds with a piece of plywood. The following letter was written in response. Chris, A piece of plywood? Bring the mattress to you? Really? I've just spent a considerable amount of money on not only a new king size mattress, but also the headboard as well as a bunk bed and your solution is to buy a piece of plywood? It's not only disappointing that you appear to be selling an inferior product, but also have a lack of customer service and empathy, which should be more appropriately called "customer disservice". One reason, my wife and I chose to purchase a mattress from a retail outlet as opposed to a mail order mattress is that we would have expected to receive support after the sale. Apparently that is not the policy of the Bed Boss company. It's also quite interesting that you have no problem delivering and setting up the mattress, but seem to be unwilling or unable to send a representative to examine the mattress at my residence. You must really have some super human powers, to be able to evaluate a mattress by just viewing a few pictures. My guess however, is that you do not have these powers and that you are really just pretending to play the role of a customer service representative while allowing the company to stuff cash in it's bank account. Your claim of not receiving my initial emails is bogus, since I have the emails that I sent, which indicates your are either incompetent, or a liar. This brings me to your advice of bringing the mattress to you for an inspection. How am I supposed to bring you the mattress? It is KING SIZE MATTRESS! Should I fold it up and place it in the trunk of my car? Maybe I should rent a truck, and drive the 86 miles from Crossville Tennessee to Chattanooga? Yes, that would be a great idea. To throw good money after bad, just so you don't strain yourself providing customer service. My wife has not had a good night's sleep for months, due to the defects in this mattress. She wakes up every morning with back and hip pain from whatever defect is beneath the padding. This situation has prompted me to research Bed Boss on the internet. I wish I had done this before purchasing your product. Do you know why? Guess. The general consensus of reviews, is not only that other unsuspecting customers are having issues with defective mattresses, there are even reviews that have said that the customer service representative, Chris, is totally WORTHLESS! Imagine that? As I have stated, I wish I had found these reviews of Bed Boss and yourself, before I had spent a substantial amount of money at your Crossville location. You had better stash that money that you have scammed from customers that have purchased your garbage that is disguised as a premium mattress. Companies like yours don't stay in business in the long run. Mark

I don't know anyone at BedBoss or have any incentive to be giving this feedback, and usually don't do reviews, but am writing because they hugely deserve this. I will try to cover all my concerns I had when making this purchase, and it'll be relatively thorough. I purchased the BedBoss 404 (maybe called Relax) king-sized model.Purchasing an adjustable base is hard. Options are limited to buy in-store, even where I live (in a major city). When you find options in store, they are insanely overpriced and you have to deal with used-car-salesmen type pitches. I did research on this purchase for a solid two or three weeks, for online and in-store options, and ultimately decided on the BedBoss. Here's why:I had three major and fairly obvious concerns: stability/creaking, ascetics, and size/weight/portability. All this with the added pressure of purchasing something expensive that you've never seen in-person that can't realistically be returned. I can comfortably say all these concerns were completely alleviated.Firstly, the sales experience. I worked with Chris at BedBoss who was incredibly straight forward. He didn't beat around the bush or tell me things he thought I wanted to hear. He gave me honest, cut-and-dry answers to the questions I had, with absolutely no pushing or some nonsensical sales pitch I didn't need to hear, which I greatly appreciated. He even went and flipped over a floor model to text me pictures. Chris and his sales style is ultimately what led to me trust BedBoss enough to make this cross-country, large purchase. They also seem to take great care of their customers post-purchase, in terms of shipping things out that may stop working over time, etc.Secondly, the price-point vs quality of what I received. Based on my research, the quality of product I received would have been double what I paid with BedBoss anywhere else, and I am not exaggerating this. This bed is SOLID and STURDY. I am very particular about my bed not making noise when I get in and out or move around, and other than a quiet noise from the motor when I adjust, this base is completely silent. I've attached a picture so you can judge ascetics for yourself, but I'm happy with it.Thirdly, the weight/portability/assembly. I'm not going to lie, this thing is a beast. Two 140 pound boxes for the king if I'm not mistaken, but you get that bonus of incredible sturdiness. It will definitely take two guys to flip this thing once it's assembled, but if/when you need to move it after assembly, it has two or three simple brackets you unscrew then it's right back into two pieces. As far as assembly, it was one of the easiest things I've ever put together. It's essentially putting in a couple bolts then connecting a cable or two and that's it. Could be done in less than 20 or 30 minutes.In all regards, from the sales portion to actually purchasing and using the base now, I am incredibly satisfied with my decision to go BedBoss.

This place is the bomb.com!!! Their pillows are amazing and the customer service is even better. I love my pillow. I take it with me every time we have an overnight in a different place. I will only own a Bed Boss pillow from now on. And next time we need a mattress...we will also only be a Bed Boss! Customer for life!!!
