We needed a place to stay for one night and luckily I found this venue. We stayed in the Chattanooga room. It had a sliding glass door to the wrap around terrace. The views are spectacular looking out at the river. The bed was very comfortable. It is pet friendly, they have a coffee station equipped with snacks for people and dogs. The only downside was there was a wedding, but the host let us know and no noise after 11 was enforced. On the upside we sat outside and listened to the music from the upstairs . I didn’t want the frustration of crowded Chattanooga downtown with parking fees. This place was perfect.

Very beautiful. The view is breathtaking! You feel like you're stepping into a mansion. The place is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious and clean.Loved Rebecca, she is so nice, and she went out of her way, to make us feel welcome! Also, pet friendly ?

TN Riverplace is a photographer's dream! There are endless beautiful photo ops, the staff is great, the suites are bright and open. The property on the river is full of diverse backdrops! I can't wait to shoot another wedding at this venue! Highly recommend!

Overall, my stay was good and uninterrupted. The place was super quiet, but then again, I was the only guest, sooo, no other humans making noise.However, if I did have a noise complaint, it would be from the ceiling fan and the fridge. Both make noise that is noticeable in that otherwise tranquil setting. I simply unplugged the fridge and didn’t use the fan, but I missed it.The AC worked great. Fancy.Bed was nice. Pillows were not. Too flat and meh.Toilet was nice and tiny .. I prefer a larger one where I didn’t feel like I was using a pre school toilet, but it worked (albeit would run through the night refilling the tank).All was clean, which is important.Kathy was super helpful and polite. Big plus.If you like NOTHING around you, this is the place.Make sure you eat before arriving, because nothing is “nearby “, meaning you’ll need to drive 10-15 minutes to eat.There are no distractions here, so if you need to reflect on how your life is going and why you made the decisions you’ve made, this is a good spot for that.Enjoy.PS- I thought the price was slightly high for what it is, but maybe what it is it’s worth it for some. I paid approx $195, which included $25 cleaning fee.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous!! We fell in love with it from our first visit! We loved that it felt very quiet and out of the way, but it is very close to downtown. The mountains in the background and right on the Tennessee River this spanish villa was perfect for our wedding. Our families loved the 2 spacious guest houses set with fire pits and grills. It was really important for us to be able to bring our pups and TRP made that possible for us. Kathy is great and super accommodating. We look forward to staying in her over night rooms in the future! Thank you TRP!

Beware of extra charges. We had a lot of my family helping with my wedding and the venue staff/management were deceitful when offering “help” and things we might need day off. We ended up having an extra $500+ charge sent to us while we were on our honeymoon. We initially booked this venue because it was more affordable than others and fit in our budget. So you can imagine how disheartening it was to wake up to those charges the second day into our honeymoon that we knew nothing about.They were also letting guests into their room at the venue right outside the bridal suite during my father/daughter first look. So they were just standing there, luggage in hand, staring at us during a private moment. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional since we rented the place out.I am giving it a 2 stars because we really did love the venue itself and it was so beautiful we were just extremely disappointed by the staff and management.
