We have had 2 birthday parties here within 3 months. And I would have to say I love this place! Not just for birthday parties but to bring the kids for a place to get out energy, and just let them be kids.The management is fun, but very helpful, respectful, courteous, kind, and professional

Having climbed for 13 years now, I've been to a number of gyms. If you're looking for an inviting and friendly atmosphere, this gym is full of strong ego climbers. A lot of people are reserved, keep to themselves and fake friendly, being super friendly to their clicks and tribes but not really anyone else. Very little to no cheering on for beginners. I'm not saying this from being jaded, it's my honest experience and most friends I've talked to that have been to this gym. The other gyms in chatty are much more inviting. Staff are great and gym is cool but this place is a bad or stale vibe otherwise.

This gym has a lot of various boulder styles that feel very sandbagged, and you can tell the setters care about their community to have realistic yet fun boulder problems. They have a kilter board too, which is amazing. I'm very excited to boulder more here, just got my annual membership! It rains a lot in Chattanooga so I really want to be able to get some training in despite the weather. Apparently there's free yoga classes for memberships too which is great! Everyone is super nice as well, and the team was very nice at being patient with me wanting to use my gift cards. Ya'll rock!

We had a great first experience here for a UNAA Qualifier. The space is HUGE! Everything was well organized, plenty of staff, lots to do before & after the competition. Today's course was well explained and good coaching given during the walkthrough. Thank you Synergy!

I came in for a day pass when visiting from out of town. Only bouldered, didn't do any of the ninja stuff. Good mix of routes on the boulder walls for a variety of skill levels. The tread climber wall was cool and something I haven't seen at other gyms. Unfortunately, no top roping here.

Awesome place, definitely go here if you're in to bouldering, the layout is really nice and there are a ton of routes.

We had a birthday party for my son (8) the weekend of August 26, 2023. We absolutely LOVED it! The space, employees and environment was everything we needed. We will be back!For a party, we loved being able to have our own space to party and play. The staff was super helpful with the climbing wall and welcoming our guests. They even have a goodie bag with a sticker and coupons.

Cool, chill vibes. The ninja course is VERY challenging. Climbers should also be aware that the wall had no texture! That provided a much more challenging bouldering experience for me. Great for experienced climbers.

Anytime I'm in Chattanooga, Synergy is my gym of choice. The staff and members are both friendly and welcoming. The space is clean and open, with good music— it's one of the only gyms that I don't plug in headphones.The problems are fun and challenging, with various wall angles, there's multiple training boards, and a workout area, plus a ping pong table!Also, the Ninja room always looks like people are having a blast.
