“Always a wonderful shopping experience. Any one having to buy groceries knows it's usually delayed as long as possible, but I do enjoy when staff is polite, helpful and willing to beyond to make my visit pleasant. Prices are comparable to Walmart, BiLo, and especially the meats are great in look and taste. I saw friends I haven't seen in years and that made me very happy!! Thanks Publix”

“Publix is consistent. They do a better than average job at merchandising but at a premium price. There are equally as good, if not better, grocery store options in the Chattanooga area with much better pricing.”

“Who on earth doesn't like Aldi? Cuz they don't have something that Walmart has? Go to Aldi first, then go to the Walmart across the street. You'll save like 50 bucks”

“A really busy store! Would have been much easier to navigate if the employees doing stocking moved to the side or waited for a less busy time. Asked a question at the pharmacy and the woman in the lab coat was generally unpleasant. Thankfully, our cashier and bagger were super sweet!”

“We are regular Aldi customers. We normally shop at the Ooltewah location but decided to shop at the Aldi Gunbarrel Rd. location since we were in the area. As usual, Aldi didn't disappoint! Great selection at an even better price!”

“I’ve been shopping at this Publix since the day it opened in 2007, and I love it! (It is a former Winn Dixie building, so not the new-construction style, but to me, it feels more homey that way.)
Quality meats and produce and great customer service!?”

“Some things are worth coming in for like eggs, butter, and milk. The produce can go bad quickly, so buy it in small amounts. Their ice cream, Belmont, is good, especially the Butter Pecan. Other items and stock is seasonal or hit and miss.
Make sure to bring your own bags. There isn't a self check out and the lines can be long”

“I switched to Publix Pharmacy at Village at Waterside a couple years ago. I grew tired of my old pharmacy filling prescriptions without my approval, calling once a week to ask if I needed anything refilled, and never picking up the phone. I understand most corporate pharmacies have to meet daily quotas, but it was getting ridiculous.

This Publix pharmacy is always well-staffed, they fill orders in a reasonable amount of time, and will never bug you to meet corporate quotas. The two friendly pharmacists, Chris and Kelli, will remember who you are within a month, and are knowledgeable if you have any questions.

It's inside a Publix, so you can do your daily grocery shopping before picking up a pharmacy order.

Do be advised, you won't get a 2 foot roll of coupons along with your receipt like CVS. It's a small price to pay for this excellent pharmacy.

I give this pharmacy my highest recommendation.”
