Employees like AmySue C. and Jordan have also gone above and beyond to assist customers immediately, even when they did not have an appointment. However, the transition from SunTrust to Truist has presented some challenges, with some branches failing to answer customer calls. Overall, Truist strives to provide reliable and helpful services to its clientele during this period of adjustment.
I’m mostly complaining about the outside ATM. It takes one bill at a time and it took me 10 minutes in the freezing cold to insert a few 20s into the machine. Not sure why every location closes at 12pm but it’s really inconvenient for folks who work weekends jobs and can’t put money in the bank with a PERSON.

Matthew, branch manager if I recall correctly, answered the phone after a few attempts and was incredibly helpful. I had a unique situation and he was exceptional in fixing as I was across the country. Would definitely consider banking here if I lived in Chattanooga. Thank you!

I had great service from AmySue C. yesterday. I had an issue and she went above and beyond to help. I didn't have an appointment, and she was able to help me immediately. I appreciated the help.
