My policy was charged after I signed up, and was not notified until my mortgage increased to pay the increased premium. After months of getting it back to what I signed up for, in the end, I still paid the $300 increase. Not sure exactly what needs to change but something does.

Ms Simmons has been great! She explained the features of our policy thoroughly and is always available for questions/clarifications in person. She was able to get us a discounted rate since we have taken the MOtorcycle Safety Foundations' advanced rider course. It is vitally important to be able to talk with a real person, face to face instead of just a phone or E-mail like our previous insurance company. Many Thanks to Ms. Simmons!

Mr. Simmons was very professional and help me select the best coverage for my needs. He made some suggestions that I hadn't considered that provides better coverage than I previously had and at less cost.

When it came to shopping for car insurance I knew it was going to be a difficult experience to find the plan that I wanted. Luckily Mr. Craig Simmons' name was brought to my attention. He was very knowledgeable in explaining to me the different plans and options and helping me what would best suit me. I would highly recommend Mr. Simmons as an insurance agent!
