The people who cared for me were outstanding at their job. Kind, attentive, and expert. However, because of crowded conditions I spent 24 hours in the ER, first at North then at the hospital. I spent the las six hours in the hall.

Hospital was horrible. Refused to listen to ANY concerns. Ended back at Erlanger 2 hours after being discharged from Parkridge.

I went Monday with the flu. Give me fluenza, IV, toradal to ease my aching. I took a covid test Wednesday so I went in Friday because I wasn't doing any better and I'm aching all over headache for over a week and I asked the doctor for toradol shot to ease my aching or a steroid shot to ease by aching (isn't that what the ER for to help provide some comfort if possible)and he refused said that I could not have that I didn't need it and by diabetes was a problem and my A1c is 5.1. he gave me a breathing treatment and gave me Motrin neither help my head and my aching and on my paper for discharge he put on there I was seeing I came in for wheezing and coughing and he prescribed toradol pills and told me to take that for my cough. I'm recovering from my right total hip replacement three and a half months I had a left total hip replacement so I was dealing with a lot and I was afraid that my body wasn't healing and something bad was happening to me well he left me in a panic cuz he didn't give a damn

My Prosegur went very well. The Doctor did an outstanding job. My problem is with the staff there at the Hospital Primarily with those in charge of my charts. When My Anesthesiologist came into my room to prep my procedure, he began to ask me questions concerning what he was reading in my chart when he asked my when I had my mini stroke?? I became concerned as I have had no such incident in my life, I asked him are you sure you're reading the correct chart. Then he took a secant look and to his surprise the first two pages of my chart belonged to another patient!! What if he had not noticed this what if the other patient received too strong a dose and never woke up again. This is completely unacceptable in my mind and should not be just passed over as a simple mistake. This MUST be addressed.
