The Stone Source helped us design and install a replacement for the tile and hearths surrounding our double sided gas log fireplace, which definitely needed updating. Anna Baker showed us their many samples in both the showroom and the large warehouse, and offered suggestions on tile styles and color combinations. Their demolition and installation crews were very professional, taking the time to clean up prior to leaving at the end of each day. We are thrilled with how the project turned out, and will absolutely contact the Stone Source for our next tile project.

I walked in to look for granite for a bathroom remodel and apparently you can't be seen/talk to unless you have an appointment. Mind you, there wasn't a single customer in the place and at least 4 people on computers. No one wanted to talk to me or show me materials or anything. Horrible customer service and I wouldn't use this place based on my first impression.

Stone Source installed our new quartz countertops in our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier! The experience was nothing but positive! Kimberly answered our many questions very patiently and walked us through the entire process, making everything very simple for us. Nate measured for our countertops and helped us make some final decisions, while Jimmy and Jackson took care of the install and did a wonderful job. We’ve done many upgrades to our home, but Stone Source is the most professional vendor we’ve worked with and provided a completely positive experience! Thank you to everyone at Stone Source for making our kitchen look so amazing!

The absolute best company in customer service, professionalism, workmanship and selection of product. They care about the customer. Yes, read it again. They care, which is something from a bygone era, it's sad to say.Due to problems relating to the product I chose for my countertop, my experience with Stone Source took a different turn. I wanted to be sure to write a review because every department was top notch. I had the pleasure to work with Anna in sales, Corey & Aaron in installation and Toni in billing. The problem was resolved in a timely manner with a smile. I highly recommend Stone Source Inc. You won't be sorry.

This was trip just a looking loo. In the past I had the crew in the back make me a custom bathroom sink and also do the cut-out on an expensive section of 2" thick slate kitchen countertop including the mounting of a 12" deep sink. The bath sink was bread and butter for them, which included their own brand of basin that looked nicer than the one we originally bought. The slate countertop is a nightmare in comparison where the slightest mistake would be fatal. Knowing that a sink that deep would be subjected to an unusual load they used mounting clips, reinforcing fabric, plus bonded the sink to the underside. They finished the job by completely covering everything with a layer of epoxy, leaving nothing to chance. Two years later and it is still absolutely perfect and secure with no stress cracks. Thanks guys!

Sign on the door says appointment only… and they do go by that policyThey don’t accept a walk in, and maybe do fine with the contractors so the “little man” really doesn’t matter muchVery curt in the most abbreviated blunt response to ask one question about a specific tile being available“I would need an appointment”Not a very friendly place at all, but the displays are dazzling to look at (through the window)The owner, I’m told is nice…I didn’t meet him, but he gave himself a 5⭐️ review and apparently another family member also…I felt most UNwelcome here

A huge disappointment! We needed a new sink in our master bath and they quoted a ridiculous price to swap out the old for new, but we agreed to it due to us not being able to find an individual to do it. When the sink came in we called several times to schedule the job with each time the assuring us "someone would be in touch" no one ever called, and we finally found an individual to do the job for much less and did a fabulous job to boot.

Frank was extremely helpful with some questions and issues I had with my kitchen countertops that were installed by another company who did it incorrectly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would use them next time I need any countertops or work on my countertop!
