I came across state line auto in a web search needing engine work Finally Finally Finally John and all his Fantastic crew were worth the trip to his shop Totally professional totally caring totally above board.

I left a bad review bc the car is currently at my shop after it came from your shop with a missing bolt out of the backing plate on the RF and the RF backing plate was purposely pushed into the rotor causing the customers noise to be worse than it ever was, the car still does not need a wheel bearing,

Had an unfortunate breakdown and as luck would have it I found these guys and they were able to fit me in. They found the issue within the hour, great communication by the team on price, parts and options going forward. Had be back on the road within 24 hours. Running like a dream now. I’ve been coming to state line auto since I moved to Chattanooga ( about two years ago) and will never go anywhere else! John and his crew perform outstanding work and service! They took excellent care in getting my 2007 Toyota 4 Runner in shape. Finding a shop that cares about your vehicle is hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

Statel Line Auto is a good and reliable place to take your car they stand up to any challenge you bring they did a great job on my 2017 Jaguar which and I was pleased with their work then they checked to make sure everything was still good ? I love that will recommend them to anyone

I stumbled upon this place my miracle after breaking down while traveling through the area. Hands down, the best customer service i have ever experienced, anywhere! I was driving from Fl;orida to Iowa and got a screw in my tire fortunately State Line was right off the exit I was closest to. The guys at State Line were able to patch my tire and I was back on the road 45 minutes later. Cant express enough my gratitude. Thank you a million times thank you!

Just had a great experience with State Line Auto Service. I have a 2010 Porsche Cayman and they were fantastic, great feedback through the repairs.
