Yikes! Employees are not knowledgeable in what services are even offered. Several employees encountered are super snarky/sarcastic bordering on just downright rude.I had several large print orders for my business and every single time, the orders were missing pages. Each time I’d call the workers would tell me I was mistaken. I had proof that it was missing pages and eventually it would be corrected but no real apology. This happened multiple times. At one point I was told that they couldn’t help locate my missing pages I had already paid for because they had to focus on their other orders.The last straw was I had a print order sent in and was told I needed to basically use my sales tax refund I was owed (totaling at least a hundred dollars if not more) to pay for it instead of receiving the refund….except no one would return the messages I left in order to finish the transaction. I even had one occasion where a shift manager told me that was something they don’t even do despite having email documentation of it. This was November 2023 and I never received my sales tax refund for my business. I let it go and began printing elsewhere because it was becoming a full time job babysitting the print employees to ensure they printed my entire order.I recently stopped by to drop off a package and was told that they don’t accept packages for drop off—despite having giant signs advertising this and on the website. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.If you value your time, I would shop elsewhere.

Came here to just say!! Thank goodness for UPS store the employees here are rude as hell!!! ? just for a fax they were being rude!!!!!! Yeah ? I’m good ? rate 1 ⭐️ I brought gum?

While the store is clean, attractive and has a nice variety of office supplies, cashier 20300009 at the print shop check out is rude. She started ringing up my order before I could enter my rewards number. I provided it to her and she told me I didn’t have an account. I tried to repeat it for her again because I knew I had an account .She interrupted me and said “ that’s what I entered. There is no account.” I then asked her to allow me to enter my own number. She did. I entered the number and magically I had an account. Without an apology, she handed me my receipt and said “Here you go.” I said, “you are welcome.”

Everyone in the store is very rude. made an appt for tsa precheck at 12:40pm. arrived at 12:20. i am still here at 1 pm. waiting for someone supposedly eating lunch

Quality, Quantity, Quick, and they have the customer in mind! I can't recommend Staples of Chattanooga enough. They are our go to suppliers for all our paper, poster, booklet, and signage needs! If you're wanting an option for good quality, at a quick turnover, and knowing they're going to find you the best deal, then look no further than Staples of Chattanooga. They always do an amazing job, and if you can ask for Brian, he is the best!

Had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Staples. I’ve been doing business with Staples for more than 20 years. I will no longer shop at the store ever again. The manager came out and was rude because we had a chair that we wanted to buy and we wanted that exact chair but he wouldn’t let us buy it. He told us we had to buy one in a box. So we walked out of the store without purchasing over $350 worth of merchandise. I think you need to train your managers on how to treat people. The cashier was nice. She was baffled as to why she couldn’t ring us up with the chair we had .

I came here for a TSA-precheck appointment, so I am only reviewing that. If you can at all avoid using this location, I would suggest you do that. Despite having reserved an appointment, I had an over 30-minute wait to go through the process. The woman they had working through the applications was nice enough but everything went slowly. If you care about getting through the process on time, go somewhere else if you can.

I had to print off an email from my phone..Kennedy(may not be correct spelling) was so helpful walking me thru this! Ppl use to pay attention to bad customer service but now its on good servicebecause it rare these days!! Thank you Kennedy!!

You’re required to have an appointment for TSA PreCheck applications. The appointment has to be made on the staples website. You’re only allowed one person per appointment slot. When I arrived for my appointment, there were 14 people waiting. She said everyone had an appointment. I sat for over an hour to get my application completed. I was late back for work. Terrible system.

The lady in the foto marked by yellow circle is the rudest . Nastiest person to work in retail. This is the second time I’ve come in this store. The first time I asked a question and she was rude and dismissed me. The second time she tried to say that a birth certificate was not accepted as a legal document . I I came here for the twic card. A federal document that I need for work because I’m leave town. It’s wrong to have these people doing this?. Staples you don’t need KARENS working there.
