First, the lady that originally helped me last month was great. Forgot her name. Today, the employees acted as if I was non-existent when I walked in. When some guy did help, it felt like I was an inconvenience. Barely said 2 words. I bought the internet box that’s $50 a month. It was terrible. Never stayed connected to my devices even after calling and following ALL suggestions. Waste of money and time. Visit another store in the future and find a different internet service provider people.

I would NOT recommend this store to anyone as long as they employ a manager that won't do their job. Worst experience at T Mobile ever! Bought a watch in June. I thought this went well the employee that helped me was pleasant to deal with but he put me on the wrong plan. Called the next month because the bill was not reflecting credit for the watch which was supposed to be free through the promotion. Was told that I would have to speak to the manager. Manager Ashley was not in and never returned my call. Called repeatedly and asked for her to return my call...didn't happen. Finally got in touch with her (me calling back) and she explained what the issue was and that she would have to speak to someone else to fix the error. Error was not fixed and I had to call back and she fixed it manually for a month with the same excuses as the month before. This month same issue. Called her got the same explanation (put on the wrong plan by employee), but with a "I can only credit something once every thirty days and it hasn't been 30 days yet." She didn't offer any explanation why she hadn't already handled it but instead talked over me explaining that she had been sick and hadn't been working on it that long (She and I spoke over a month ago after she was out sick).When I said I was sorry she had been out sick..she spoke over me again saying "Well you do know people DO get sick." Asked for her manager's name and number. Said he could only be reached through email and then spelled his name wrong! which is part of his email address. This person had no respect for me as her customer. No desire to help and a whole lot of "I'm not listening!" attitude that she felt free to share on each and every call. Sad thing is it was clear she understood the issue as she explained it to me each and every time I called, she just didn't follow through. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone as long as they employ a manager that won't do their job. Three months of excuses and no call backs is unacceptable.Note: This issue was resolved today with me calling customer service and was handled while I was waiting on the phone. Then the manager called me back to say they were escalating the problem. A little late there. Again there are a lot of TMobile stores out there, if you want good service. I would NOT recommend this one.

Good service from any of the staff. When I can't figure out how to do something on my phone, I come here and they show me how to do it. They are very helpful.

I was very mislead on what my payments would be......instead of $42.00 a month per line..it is actually $150.00 per month.So make sure that you are not mislead.I'm furious...

As a service provider, I’ve never had an issue with T-Mobile. The plans and services are what I need and at a fair price; however, this particular store (a company store, at that) struggles with being understaffed and outdated. Many of the demo devices are not working, and the layout retains the same look and feel of a mid-2000s Sprint store. That wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the wait time between being greeted (if you are greeted) and getting help. There’s nothing wrong with the staff either; everyone I’ve worked with has been nothing short of professional, but it’s clear this store is lacking in the support they need to succeed, and as a customer I do hope to see that improve soon.

T-Mobile is the BEST of the three major USA cellular providers. Best prices, packages, and lots of useful Tuesday rewards.This particular store is average. Customer service is average. Better customer service provided at smaller area stores, particularly Ooltewah is excellent.
