I needed to get my first haircut since chemo so I chose this salon with a random stylist. I was super nervous and unsure about what I wanted, but Brooke took her time and really listened to what I wanted. She made changes as I asked and I love how my hair turned out! She was so kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back :)

The experience was very very bad! I scheduled an appointment and even arrived there 20 mints earlier but they let me waited for 35 mints after my appointment time. They will keep me waiting if I didn’t choose to leave after 35 mints! Tooooo badService: Haircut

Dani has been the only person that’s cut my hair since I’ve lived in Tennessee even though it’s only been a few times. I was on dialysis last time she cut my hair. I had been super sick so And now that I had had my transplant, I came back with some issues with losing lots of hair from the transplant medication. I didn’t wanna cut my hair because it was so long but it looked unhealthy and bad. She knew exactly what to do. Gave my confidence back and made my hair look fuller and healthy again. Courtney is gifted! Recently moved to Chattanooga and tried her out. Was nervous because, well it's my hair. Courtney was not only skilled at her craft but fast and easy to chat with.
