It's Christmas Eve and my sister-in-law, who loves Christmas more than anyone I know, is very sick and unable to be around family for the holiday. While I had already sent gifts ahead of today, I wanted to send her a little something to cheer her up: enter Sophie's. I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me. I really appreciated the transparency and the super quick call. Barely an hour later, I got a text from my brother that the flowers and candle box had already arrived. How is that for amazing customer service?? Shortly after I received a text from my sister-in-law with this pic. Isn't it so cute?! Thank you Sophie's for your amazing customer service and super cute gifts!!

My friend and I wandered in yesterday and had such a great experience. Such a lovely shop! There is something for everyone. We bought some beautiful framed art, earrings, and other gift items for friends. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They even wrote down other fun shops for us to visit later in the day. Would be my go-to gift shop if we lived there!!
