U should never have to pay for your own breakfast when u pay all that money for a room, never. Never been in a hotel where u pay for your breakfast that's weird.

This place is a joke. The only nice thing about is looking at it from the outside. Pool is deteriorating. They advertise a complementary breakfast buts only milk, yogurt, or a single muffin do not ask for more there is a secret charge. If you want anything else expect to pull out your wallet for microwaved freezer burnt something. Also be careful going to your room or make sure you lock your room because they gave us a key to someone else's room. Overall we will never come back here and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean & modern looking with decent beds. Desk personel could maybe use some pointers in proper customer service, not unpleasant, just clueless. My big complaint was walking into the breakfast area where we were told that basically they were out of everything (at 7AM)??? Oh yeah, we could get a bagel or PAY for a breakfast sandwich. B.S.!!

Great location, very comfortable bed, very nice staff up front. Near to Tesla charger and nice dog park. No elevator, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable room. A/C worked well, blackout curtains were great!
Nearby activities: Near a mall, many convenient restaurants, and a beautiful park (with dog park).

The hotel grass needed cutting and the pool was dirty with grasswater not good. Thr hallway had a smell of mold ? ☹️

So pool closed memorial day weekend 87 degrees. Room had ants. Breakfast not much. GOOD THING BED AND LINEN VERY GOOD. Oh no elevator.

A big disappointment. Memorial day weekend 87 degrees. Site show beautiful pool. Actual pool broke, dirty nasty, CLOSED. NO ELEVATOR. ANT INFECTED ROOM. Bed was comfortable, nice bedding. Landscaping poorly cared for, trash overflowing, firepit full of cig butts. Had joined travel pass their reward program, but do not think I will be using it. Breakfast not as advertised, employees unaware of bed and breakfast. Employee not sure if anyone would come in yo do breakfast...

The General Manager at this property Olivia is very unprofessional. She needs to take a tip from Burger King , the customer is always right! You can’t be dismissive and nonchalant when it’s a problem with a person’s money. The front desk ladies are nice! Corporate office staff in guest services Shona is extremely professional and knows how to De-escalate guests who are upset due to problems encountered at this place! My overall star is due to the rude GM not the other workers there!

Room was clean and the staff is very nice. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Hamilton Place mall is across a couple roads. There are no side walks so it's best to drive. If breakfast was included we'd give them 5-stars.

Always check your credit card! They charged me twice although I paid two months in advance. The General manager Olivia O'Brien is very disrespectful and condescending. She will keep your deposit and state she put it back on your credit card. I mean if she have to steal from the public maybe she needs to find another job. My deposit has been pending since March 23. You want go far with Olivia if you have a complaint. Reach out to headquarters if you have an issue.
