I dropped in a week ago to see if I could find a comfortable bra for someone my size. This was my first time in a Soma store. I've been living in nursing bras for the last seven years. I was immediately helped by a kind woman who listened to what I was looking for. She took my measurements and brought me 4 bras to try on and the size was perfect and all of the balconette styles fit like they were made just for me. I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the store and dressing rooms. I purchased 4 bras that day and three pairs of panties. The bras have all been wonderful and have worn well for the last week under a variety of clothes. The panties are also in a style I like and coordinate nicely with the bras. Thank you for your great customer service and keeping a lovely store.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had.. The store manager, Marlena, was completely rude, and probably the most unhelpful person I had ever met. I’m not usually a customer of soma, but my mother in law had introduced me with a gift at Christmas. However, I will never buy from this store in particular again.

The store manager does not listen to you if you get fit. I went in and asked for a 36C told her I may need to bump up to a 38C for a push up. She started me out trying on triple D's, double D's, D, back to C. Someone tell me why she couldn't have just started in the Cs. She was also very rude to the two friends that I had with me at the time.

Visited the store on Saturday 9/9 with my daughter in law who strongly recommended your bras.Very lovely experience, cannot remember the name of the beautiful patient lady who fitted me but she is awesome lady. Very patient with this 81 year old. Perfect fit and for the first time in years my bra straps do NOT slide off my shoulders. She picked the perfect bra for me.Will be ordering online as I live in nh.

I love going into Soma, always have. But I had the most unhelpful, lacking customer service experience today. Whoever the woman was with the dirty blonde hair and glasses on her head lacks the basic customer service skills and that’s unacceptable. If I go back I will make sure not to ask her for help. Very disappointed in soma for hiring someone so rude.

Reviewed about 4 years ago, I am still happy with the store; mainly because I had walked in after a 10 hour workday but the store rep did not put me down over my appearance. I was treated as a customer who was not wasting their time. I have been back and have bought more.

Twice in the last week I have tried to go to Soma on Gunbarrel and they are closed before their displayed close time. Extremely irritating.
