“I cannot remember the store Leeds name but he should be the manager his dispensation made the experience a beautiful experience!! There was a lot of laughter!! Someone had left a cup and the floor got wet. My husband told him and he immediately cleaned it and held friendly conversations with us!! Even the lady on the intercom was funny encouraging people to buy new socks with the shoes!! We went for one pair but ended up with two over tax free holiday. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ GREAT EXPERIENCE”
“The store is always clean and organized. The staff are always super helpful. If your size is sold out in store, they will try to order it for you, which is pretty cool. My only complaint is more of a company complaint than this specific store. I wish there was more variety in color or patterns or graphic tees. This is the only store that my husband can find clothes in, and it seems like we're always looking at the same items. Also sometimes you can buy two of the exact same style and size of t-shirt and they fit completely different.”

Clearly don’t need to be shopping in here to begin with because they don’t understand the value of having a store that sells these types of shoes in person... if you can get them for a better price online then do it. the point of the store is having high quality shoes in person. That’s why they cost more.”

“There was a young boy today who assisted me with kids sizes of shoes, who also spoke intelligently afterwards quizzing me over a trivia of Titanic. I have to say that today was amazing of how he looked at my kids feet and knew exactly his size and was so quick with service, I believe it was the easiest time I’ve ever shopped with a child EVER. Thank you and I always love Shoe Dept every one but today rocked! Great service!!”
