Friendly, knowledgeable service and great at assisting with color selection. I never feel rushed and an associate always carries my purchase to my vehicle without being asked. It's a nice customer service experience that is being lost in many retail stores.

Outstanding store and staff. Friendly, and knowledgeable about Sherwin Williams products. This is a well run store and has top notch associates working there.Based on my experiences with the East Brainerd store, I'll never buy paint or materials at Lowes or Home Depot again.

Paint and sheen are tricky! When trying to match and old color for just touch ups, it can be impossible! But CHARLES helped us get it right and was so kind! Class act!

Smaller store but good product and knowledgeable staff. Newer location on Little Debbie Pwy., between Apison Pike and Lee Hwy Collegdale and Ooltewah.

Incredible service and very helpful. Sherwin Williams was the only paint store able to match the paint color needed to cover a small area on the wall where paint was scraped off when a picture was removed. I brought in a small paint chip from the wall and they matched it perfectly. Go Sherwin Williams. I was disappointed the other reputable paint stores which I previously frequented, did not refer me to SW for the needed service that they did not offer. Am glad I found SW!!
