We just started care for our pets at Shallowford Animal Hospital with a few appointments completed and a few more scheduled for the future and so far our experience has been awesome! The office waiting rooms as well as patient rooms are clean and comfortable. Their prices are very affordable compared to other vets in the area! And every vet tech, doctor and other employee we have met has been welcoming, communicative and caring! We will definitely be sticking with Shallowford Animal Hospital and highly recommend them!

I’ve brought my cats here for about 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else for them! The front desk is always informative and professional and the doctor genuinely care for my concerns. I recently had a situation on a Saturday with one of my babies and Dr. Perry called me directly after hours to answer my questions and even put me on the call back list for Monday to make sure he was okay. They always call after appointments to check on them as well. I love this vet.

The ladies here were so kind to me and super loving to my fur-babies. My babies got lov'ns and treat-sies, and Mr. Slate Turner got so much attention! Boy, was he eating it all up!

My daughter has a cat that had her first litter of kittens and they didn’t make it and we were worried that she might have had something else wrong and I took her here and they were so kind and gentle with our cat and even texted me later that day to see if she was doing well !!! They you for your kindness !!!

I took Mollie and Teddy, two Yorkie puppies, for an ear infection and Mollie for a stomach infection. The medicine they gave me gave good results in no time. The prices were a little high, but it was worth it.

Our German Shepherd adores Dr. Hamilton. Dr. Hamilton was fabulous with her. ALL the staff is kind, helpful and informed. The offices were so clean, too!

After reading reviews upon review and more reviews my wife and I decided that our newest member Bane our Belgian Malinois would be taken care of by Dr. Perry and his team.
Little did we know that upon our first visit we would fall in love with him and his team. The love and respect Bane was given and the care Dr. Perry took to make sure he covered every shot, diet, muscles, stomach and teeth was phenomenal!!! As a Combat veteran I will bring all three of our dogs here for routine check ups, shots or just to stop by and say hi.
Fantastic job Dr. Perry and team forgive me if I don't remember everyones names that were involved with his visit. Can only remember Lindsey and Jillian.

I would give more than 5 starts if I could and here’s why!
Started coming here many years ago, 2008 i believe! We have loved bringing our dogs here over the years. The entire staff is wonderful, sweet and will love your pet as if it’s their own. Although we have seen and liked each doctor here, Dr Perry & Dr Swears really stands out to my family.
Dr Perry has such a genuine and calming nature (my anxious, excited pup is even chill with him!) and you know he loves what he does. He can definitely talk you in a way you will understand. He is very thorough and listens to any questions or concerns.
Dr Swears is so sweet & genuine and you know she is so passionate job. I feel I’ve know her for many years but it’s just been a short time . She has seen my schnauzer several times before he got sick but wasn’t able to see us when he got real sick. We had to put him to sleep on a Sunday while they were closed. :( I called Monday to let the staff know, as we just saw Dr Hamilton the Friday before and I wanted to avoid their follow up call. Later that day I was getting a call from SAH & I was hesitant to answer but something told me to pick up - Dr Swears took time out at the end of her busy day to personally call me to express her condolences to my family & to check on me as she knew how much my 15 yr old boy meant to me. That meant so much to me even if I was hurting so much inside. At the next visit with my other pup, Dr Perry also expressed his condolences. They still continue to ask how we are. This was my first experience dealing with this so I am more than grateful to have such an amazing vet team on my side!
I was in today 7/12/24 with my pup to see Dr Swears, again she still asks how things are and how we are doing. She is so compassionate!
All this to say- get you a Dr Swears & Dr Perry!

I recently moved to Chattanooga and they were incredibly helpful at treating my dog last minute. I called ahead to make an appt. I love that there is separate dog and cat seating. The office and rooms were clean. Everyone was friendly and loved my dog. They were thorough, up front about pricing, and gave me multiple options. This will be our new vet to take our 2 pups.

I haven't been a client for too awfully long yet. However, I have been satisfied with every visit! I've seen a few different vets here and they have all been great. Mostly, I see Dr. Perry and he's awesome! My questions are always answered fully. They all take their time with every visit. My pets are always treated well. I appreciate that they always followup with me after every visit to make sure my pet is still doing okay. All of the vet tech assistants have always been equally as great! Lindsey is who I frequently see with Dr. Perry and she is great!

they saved my dog last year when he had parvo by giving me the supplies i need so i could do at home treatment with a affordable payment plan. i dont know what i would have done if i lost my best friend and i can never thank them enough!
