“Extra Space Storage is a convenient, well-managed storage facility that is clean, safe, well lit for each client to access their storage unit from 6am-10pm, 365days, 7days a week. Each client sets up a user name and password to open storage facility doors to ground level elevators to access assigned numbered storage unit which has button to open/close, also a rope to lower and close unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this facility.”

The processes employed during Elizabeth's move out of our home truly impressed me and have set a standard that I will require for any future moves. Our previous move had been handled by a different moving company (who will go unmentioned) and it was chaotic and undisciplined. The entire Elizabeth team completely protected all furniture by individually wrapping them with the appropriate materials. The hardwood floors of the home we were leaving were protected by defined/covered travel lanes. Each piece was photographed and QR Coded to ensure accountability and trackability. All this and they still were competitively priced against "the big guys."”

“Once I realized the building was self service, it was incredibly easy to rent my air conditioned unit and get in and out of the building. The manager, Lori, called to welcome me and answered my questions. The facility is VERY clean. I made the right choice for my storage needs, USA Storage Centers!”
“So I made a mistake. We had rented a 16' Penske Truck in South Florida and was due to return it in Chattanooga. What I didn't realize is that it was to be returned at the Penske Hub. When I searched on Google, Signal Mountain Self Storage came up as the closest Penske dealer so I went there.
When I walked in Hailey was behind the counter. She told me that my paperwork indicated that I was to go to the hub which was 30 minutes away. She told me to wait and the next thing I knew she was a processing the return for me!
What amazing customer service! She also waited to do some work outside which required her to lock the office, because my Uber was 30 minutes away.

“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”
