Don’t waste time anywhere else Sam is GREAT to do business with. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Took a broken pocket watch in that meant a lot to me. Another place said it would be three to four weeks just to get a price on fixing it. Sam had it done in one week at a very reasonable price. Been working great ever since, right on time.Worth a trip in there just to see all the unique clocks and watches he has.Thanks Sam!

Sam at Sam’s Watch Repair is the BEST! He went above and beyond to fix my husband’s watch before the holidays and even cleaned it and put in a new battery the same day for a low price. I highly recommend using Sam for all your watch needs.

I went to a different watch repair place before Sam's and got frustrated waiting for my watch to be fixed. I finally asked for it back and brought it in to Sam. He had it fixed within a week and at a reasonable price. The difference is that he does the work himself. He doesn't send it out to someone else. I will continue to bring my watch repairs to him. He is honest, ethical and reliable.

I rarely go out of my way to leave a review but Sam was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I came in with a ferrari time piece that had a worn off leather band and he quickly found and replaced it with a new leather band including all of the original components. Highly recommend his services.

I got a watch from my brother as a gift a few years ago. It’s sentimental to me since it is a gift. Also, if you notice the back, there are only 150 watches like this on the planet. It’s made from a seat that was in Fenway Park the year Ted Williams hit for .406. It is truly a unique watch. I moved back to Tennessee from Boston recently and bad news befell my beloved watch. I was really worried about finding the right person to work on it. I found Sam through Google and read the reviews. I was willing to take a shot. Wow. He is fantastic. His turned the work around fast, explained in detail what he did, offered a very fair price, and I left extremely satisfied. As far as I’m concerned you can’t put a price on this watch because it is one of the most meaningful and thoughtful gifts I’ve ever received. It’s my opinion that you can trust Sam to do his work well and that you will not regret seeking him out for help.

I was so pleased by the service from Sam's Watch Repair. When I called, he was prompt and friendly on the phone and said he could look at my watch right away. I had dropped my watch on the tile and many of the numbers loosened or popped off the face plate. He was able to secure everything back in place in less than ten minutes and it looks good as new.
