Been going to this Sam’s Club for Years and today 12/07 10:40 am got a very rude lady at the Entrance!!! Walked in and saw a Trash Bin inside a cart and I used my hand to grab the trash bin and move it. Then the lady was like “You know there are more carts over there right!!!” How is she so rude when she has a Trash bin inside the cart!!!!! I think Sam’s Club should not have an employee like this.

A Message to the Manager!! Congratulations It has gone from 3 stars to 1 Star now……. Why do you keep having rude employees at the entrance!!! Why is it so hard to help out the customer when they walk in with carts? Just help clean and take the trash out from the cart instead of telling the customer to clean it up from last use!!! Can’t believe I have to do another review over a rude employee at the entrance again…..

They had very few women's clothes today. Looks like the apparel area is going to all children's. Check out what's fast and efficient. Easily found the other items I was looking for.

Called three separate times to get the price of a new propane tank. Finally the third time someone answered the phone and told me “I think they are $25 dollars”. I told them that I didn’t want to swap tanks but to get a new one. He said he had no idea and to hold on. He asked someone next to him and they had no idea either. He finally said “I think they are like $40 or something.”
I drive an hour to get these and they turn out to be $52. The employee should have verified the price before quoting a customer. Piss-poor service from this location.

It is sooooo annoying that this is the only Sam’s who won’t sell icing! Every other Sam’s location will allow you to purchase icing! They ALWAYS lie and say they’re low! This has been going on for years! Knoxville, Nashville, Annapolis, MD ALWAYS allow people to purchase

I have both Sams and Costco memberships.
The line at the Sam’s club food court is usually so long I don’t have time to wait in it. Recently I got excited about stopping by Sam’s to get a tuxedo cake sundae(they’re amazing). I waited 15 minutes in line to be told the ice cream machine is broken and “will be broken for two more weeks.”
I then decided to get a bottle of wine and a snack for my wife while I was there but at checkout, after I scanned the wine bottle, I noticed there was not a single employee at the self checkout area. The line behind me grew longer as I searched the area for someone to check my ID. I eventually walked past all the checkouts towards the customer service area just so I could leave.
I’m really let down and having a hard time finding a reason to go back instead of just going to Costco.

Sams club Lee hwy customer service is the worse. Been waiting over a hour to pick up from curbside in a spot. Tell me go to receiving don’t come to the door. Then after that they say I need a receipt after I clearly stated I ordered online. Showed proof and everything. After several people and complaining spoke with management and got it taken care of

Poor customer service, old guy at the gas pumps was being rude, I go on about my buisness, what I throw at the trash is no one’s problem. old white guy, threatened to pull my card. Sam’s club is a place not out of the ordinary, we all pay for a membership for a reason not to be disrespected.

Several empty shelves and not as many choices of products to choose from. You get 1 name brand and a sams choice so feels like you could just go to Walmart and save the yearly fee. Also mostly self check out that will not allow you to use your credit card at the kiosk so you can only place on your Sam's card.
