I visited Salma's Jewelry store at Hamilton Place Mall with my wife and had a great deal on my purchase. Welcomed and greeted by staff cordially. Professionalism, gesture and convincing power of the staff induced customers like us to purchase. I must say Salma's Jewelry is one of the renowned jewelries in the town with exquisite designs, impeccable craftsmanship, and high-quality materials. They have a wide variety of contemporary and customized styles and offer us wide options, from elegant everyday wear to special occasion pieces. I also praised the owner Muhammad for its attention to detail work on the jewelry and commitment to customer satisfaction like any other top brand in the industry. Overall, Salmas remains a trusted name in the jewelry industry

Amazing work by Salma's jewelry!!
I reached out to them to get a custom ring done for my wife and my god were they amazing.
From start to finish Mohamed worked with me to get the exact ring design that my wife wanted, countless cad drawings and revisions were done to adjust it until it was perfect ?
He was very patient despite all my weird requests and even provided excellent professional advice on the design.
He procured a very unique elongated diamond for me and made sure I was happy with everything before proceeding to production. The turn around time once the design was approved was unbelievable and he even had it shipped to me overnight with secure signature shipping all the way to new york.
The rings were even better in person and we were so happy with the results.
Definitely recommend Salma's to anyone looking for custom work. Very knowledgeable, very attentive, and very high quality work.

I couldn't be happier with the custom stacking engagement ring and wedding band that I designed with Salma's Jewelry! The jeweler brought my vision to life with flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each piece fits together perfectly, creating a stunning and unique set.
Mohammed worked with me step by step, sending various CAD drawings and renderings with multiple revisions to ensure every detail was perfect before approval. They even managed to procure a rare and unique elongated cut that I requested. The quality is exceptional, and the personalized design makes it even more special.
Furthermore, they also made me a custom travel replica ring per my request so I can wear my gorgeous ring abroad without having to worry. They made both sets in record time and shipped it overnight to New York City!
I highly recommend Salma's for their incredible work and dedication to making my dream rings a reality!

Hey everyone! We are back for the 3rd time of salmas “fixing” our ring. Within a WEEK the opals fall out. Everytime. They claim “they are always here to help.” Well thank god because you’re going to need it! They will also place all the blame on you saying “well you gave us a poor design” I am a 29 year old man who walked in a hack job of jewelry company with a picture from Google. I did not design this ring, you can easily find it on Google and I bet that company builds it just fine….
They have offered to fix it a fourth time but we will be going to a reliable jewelry store from here as we are done giving them the chance, and no longer trust Salmas.
I made a huge financial mistake coming to Salmas Jewelry. They will sell you overpriced garbage materials then continue to fix it as many times as you let them.
It’s sad, I filled a complaint with the BBB and I’m trying to warn all of you!
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME!
You’ll be sold garbage that constantly falls apart and then the blame will be placed on you as they “fix it” for weeks. This shop has had our ring more than my finance has gotten to wear it… yall should be ashamed,
Everyone stay far away… my fiancés review is a few reviews down, we are time stamping the failure of quality this company provides. I’m now spending MORE money to fix my finances ring as they will not financially compensate me for their mistake and build. They will not refund you a penny to save face…
Salmas should be ASHAMED!

Honestly I don't even want to give one star. My Fiance bought my ring from Salmas and proposed to me January 27 2024 , the ring has one custom made moss agate crystal in the center accented by opal and moisanite. The ring didn't fit perfect so we had it resized and the ring was back to us quick. Within days of having the ring back, one of the opals had fallen out and we had to go back to Salmas. We live in AL and had to drive an hour or more out each trip. This fix took longer , about 3 weeks and the 2 opals in the ring were each different looking but at this point my fiance and I were still satisfied with our experience, just a little on edge because the opal fell out after 2 days of wearing the ring. Once we got the ring back a second time, I wore it for another day and the opal came out AGAIN. This was where we lost our satisfaction. We drove back to salmas and my fiance requested a refund on the ring because we no longer trusted salmas to make this ring for us right. Salmas refused to give us a refund, and offered a diamond necklace valued about half of the ring instead. This was an engagement ring they messed up on mind you. Something very special. Not a channel diamond necklace. After leaving the store that time, a moisionite had fallen out shortly after, so now I have an engagement ring that is missing two stones and needs rebuilt.
We are extremely unhappy with our experience and are taking the ring to be rebuilt else where. I cannot wear the ring and have had it four 4 months ( not worn for even a month since being engaged between repairs) which is embarrassing for me and my fiance who paid for the ring. I am hurt that salmas tried to fix the problem with a necklace I wouldn't even wear. An engagement ring is symbolic. The ring was in their possession more than it has been on my finger, that is NOT good business. I have attached photos from the day I got the ring and of the ring now.

They communicated with me at all steps of the way and sent me photos whenever I had questions. They’re the only choice when jewelry shopping. My fiancé is going to love it!
