I GIVE SAIA A 5 STAR RATING FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a Gazebo from kozyard on *****/16/23 and SAIA is their delivery freight service they use. The order was received by ******* on 7/17/23.I talked to customer service on 7/20/23 from ********************** and they told me the gazebo would be delivered 9am - 5 pm on Friday 7/21/23. The driver called me about an 1 hr before he would deliver around 12 noon on. 7/21/23. He was right on time and very nice , I'm sorry I didn't catch his name hopefully you have enough information that you can give him a great employee review.We have not unpacked the gazebo yet ,we will be putting it together on sat 7/22/23 Praying that all pieces are in the boxes without damage or flaw and it goes up smoothly without any problems Thank you **************

Had a shipment sent there since they couldn’t get down my road. The cargo fit in the bed of my truck. It was not where the paperwork said it was but the employee kept looking and found my shipment and got me loaded, setting it in my truck perfectly. Took them a little time to find it but not worth loosing a star, I think they did a good job.

Not understanding what all the negative reviews are about I ordered high end customer tractor truck power plant parts on Sunday and there here now it's 1:45 on Wednesday. If you follow there instructions on there web sight. There's no problems when your ordered is shipped you go and make a appointment for delivery.And when you make that appointment you stick to it. I was told between 2 and 5pm And it shows up at 1:45pm. I give them a 10 star and I have parts delivered all day and night from all the different shippers and I have never had any problems with any of them you all need to figure out what's wrong with you or where you live or just ordering stuff or go get it yourselves. Anywho they did good. And to all of you stop giving companies bad reviews because one day you'll will have go get it yourselves. Ok remember be kind to your fellow humans and they will be kind back. Good job shipper ?? ??

I have seen a lot of negative reviews. I have not had a negative experience. I usually go pick my freight up from their terminal and they are always friendly and courteous.

This freight company can't keep promised delivery dates or times. Then wants to charge you extra when they don't show up. Lucky I have video cameras to prove no truck showing up.

Horrible service, told me I had appointment today , failed to call me and tell me they wouldn't be here. Customer service dosnt understand why I wasnt called by the Chattanooga shipping department but didnt know what I wanted them to do about it ..... UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

The employees at the Chattanooga location are the most unprofessional employees and deliver the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a shipment coming from them, but the truck could not fit in my area. Instead of reaching back out to the company to find an alternate delivery option they sent the shipment back and stated to the company it was due to being undeliverable. I was told they would call the shipper and find a another way to make delivery, once they called back I was also going to just have them deliver the item to the closest store where I could pick up later. The employee never called me back, she just returned the shipment and never notified me.

Missed our pickup never showed at the correct pickup location the driver marked it as a no freight. Now our freight will not make the scheduled deadline. They wouldn't even let me drop the freight at the terminal after hours once I found out it was missed or send another truck to me. Dispatcher at the terminal was unreachable by phone or email. After the fact they would not even help out on an expedited option. First experience shipping with SAIA.
