Bought a pair of shoes and the FIRST time I go to tie them the rubber that holds the laces snap. I kept the receipt and when I went to return them less than a week later was told by the cashier that they can’t accept returns of defect products. I persisted, showing the receipt and explained that the product was a defect product and she insisted that they could not accept defect products, even WITH a receipt (this was less than a week after the initial purchase!) I persisted further and she said she “would do it this one time for customer service” and I said she should do it regardless. Careful when shopping at Ross. If you have a defect product, GOOD LUCK RETURNING or expecting a refund.

So my family was in the Ross store today. My wife has a service dog. Apparently one of the employees there told her that her service dog wasn't allowed in their store. Her service dog is registered with the ADA. I guess they have a problem with people that need service dogs.

I just moved in the area after getting out of the Marines. I always tell everyone how nice people in Tennessee are, but today was not that day. Typically my few experiences here at Ross have been quite good. But today I went to get some jeans for my new job I have not even started at yet. Typically when I go to the dressing room I help count items and hang them up to make the employees job easier. Once I got there I told the lady (Dianna) that I have a 5 jeans to try on thinking nothing but a friendly thought. She immediately told me that I need to “park your cart over there behind all the other ones. And hang all your items here” and she grabbed the items from my cart and hung them up and began searching every pocket/crevice there was. I know this does not sound all that bad while reading this review, but she had such an attitude and was so rude about the whole experience, that I was worried after trying on my jeans that she was going to try patting me down on my way out. This all may seem ridiculous, but if you shop here I hope you don’t come across Dianna and if you do I am so sorry. I told the cashier on my way out, who was very nice, about the situation and she even gave me a sorry/dirty look almost apologetic.

I've always been a fan of Ross. Great place to find many eclectic items. Love some of the food options they carry. Bags of Turmeric, matcha green tea, different salts & more. They often have cool dinnerware and make up as well as cremes & lotions as well. The ladies at the registers are always quick & polite too. The store is usually generally clean but have noticed an uptick of some customers that are making crazy messes. That's awful for the employees.

Employees were rude,told me I had to move my cart in order to use the ladys room. I already had it moved out of the way. I spoje to management on the day it happened which is 12/1/23 at 5:07pm which responded with ignoring my concerns so We left our buggies and walked out.Hite Americans who know how to respect Americans before you go bankrupt like jcpenny did in Chattanooga!We are going to Christmas shop at Belks! Rude employees dont waste your time shopping there!
