Derrick approached us as we walked in the showroom. He was very friendly but also allowed us to look as we asked. Once we had made some decisions and had questions we needed answered, he was very helpful and attentive making sure we got what we needed and at their best price! He added to this fun exciting experience for my son picking out furniture for his first home! Thank you again Derrick for your help!

Great Showroom, with a large selection, flawless customer service and our sales representative (Randall Pugh) was very pleasant, and to the point as he attended to our every need and concern. When an issue later came up with our order, I called the answer desk and Abby picked up, correcting the problem within 5 minutes or less. She called in a manger and Bada-Boom-Bada-Bing! Fixed! Great job as a team you all!
The facilities look great, the pricing is right and we are going to love our new sectional. You all did a smashing job for me and my honey. Thank you.

Showroom is fine but delivery is terrible. Ordered a loveseat that was going to take 30 days to be delivered; we were fine with this and knew it from the beginning. The day of delivery the driver could not pull his truck onto our street so they asked that I meet them at a church and they would put it in my truck. Not ideal but fine. I get to the church within 3 minutes and they are no where to be seen. Dispatch hangs up on me and I cannot get them back on the phone. Call customer service and their resolution was they can try again in 8 days …
