Buyer Beware. Picked out counters in October and signed paperwork to allocate a stone only to find out that they gave my stone away for another job two days before templating was to be done, which was at the end of October. I was then told that they would not have it back in stock for 3 months and they made no effort to correct or account for their mistake that was made. I was basically told I could just get over it. Further they had no internal communication so I continued getting calls from them to come measure for my tops when they had no stone to cut for me. I would recommend shoppers look elsewhere if you’re hoping to be treated as an actual customer instead of just another number. I would also advise shopping elsewhere if you’re wanting to stick to a renovation/building schedule.

The counters are beautiful and the work was great. It would have been a 5 but there were some issues with leveling and no communication with the cabinet installers.
I would highly recommend the company. Chastity is professional and cares for her customers

We recently had our kitchen counters replaced and had an amazing experience with Rocky Top Counters. We contacted several companies within the Chattanooga location and we ultimately chose Rocky Top because they were incredibly professional, quick to respond to all of our questions/needs and had great pricing for what we were looking for. We worked with Anneliz, and she helped ensure the project went smoothly and that we had a clear understanding of what to expect. From initial contact to install, it took less than a month and the change has made ALL the difference in our kitchen. Rocky Top removed the old laminate counters and did not ruin or mess anything up in that process (cabinets, backsplash, etc...)! I would definitely use Rocky Top again in the future and recommend them to anyone else in need of their services!

We are remodeling our home and chose two quartz countertops. One for the Island (darker shades) & one for the main (lighter shades).
Our initial visit to Rocky Tops we saw several people but after 30 mins perusing their displays we were greeted then redirected a couple of times before the sales person asked another rep Marco if he could assist us, he was wearing a warehouse reflector vest.
Since the other closest countertop business is over two hours away, we stayed hoping for the best.
Once we secured our choices our communication with their accounts gal was ?.
The day of install we had our (free standing) island cabinet arranged in the exact manner we wanted, ensuring when opening/closing cabinet doors they would not hit other cabinet doors & when dishwasher door was open.
The two installers kept moving the entire island to my complete dismay fearing the custom built island's legs would break off!
Indeed small chips occurred & one of the installers had to hammer in one of the island leg's support.
Once the installers finally returned the island back into the position we wanted, one installer went around it making sure all was level but stated 1 corner he could not make completely level.
They also installed our brand new sink. One installer pointed to inside of the dishwasher trying to explain in English that he did not have something on hand therefore he could not complete setup.
Once they left I opened the dishwasher again to make sure it would not hit the Island cabinet door open, it did...
My husband emailed/call them concerning the not complete set up and he sent pictures of the obvious not centered leveling. Their 1st response back was they do not do plumbing. My husband had to tell them this had Zero to do with plumbing.
Their 2nd & last response, they will have someone call us tomorrow to arrange a installer to come back to fix the issue. That call never came.
My husband had to push our island with a quartz countertop, probably 400+ lbs by himself to ensure no cabinets/doors hit!
BEAUTIFUL quartz countertops! Reason for 4 ? The customer service was herendous from the start. ?
***UPDATE
After this review was left Rocky Tops contacted us to complete the installation properly stating the office gal was out of the office... After two+ weeks they sent new installers today September 16th. The installers agreed the initial installers did not install the dishwasher section properly. Today's installers did not have the appropriate leveler so my husband lent them his to ensure completion. After ensuring all measurements were good, the install was finally complete ?.

I am thrilled with my new beautiful Perla Venata quartzite countertops and backsplash from Rocky Tops in Chattanooga. I worked with Randall Gregory and he was attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. He was able to have my selected stone shipped from Atlanta and it was handled very professionally. Greg templated the job, and my installers worked hard. When we had an issue on the job, Chris managed the situation in a very professional manner. My backsplash is amazing, and the installers went above and beyond to make our job perfect. I can highly recommend the entire team at Rocky Tops. Oh, and the best part, the price quoted was the price we paid. Great service!

Rocky top has the best customer service. Even when I couldn't make my mind up on a stone and went there MULTIPLE times asking questions and looking at stones Jasmine was so gracious with my anxiety of picking the right color and type of stone with having young and older kids. I'm sure she was tired of me but she never showed it and was so nice. She even went to look for a stone for us on her day off! She definitely went above and beyond. ♥️
Mayeli helped us make sure we were scheduled and made sure we didnt freak out to much when we didnt think we had enough of the color we wanted. They both worked hard to be sure we got the stone we wanted.
Noe came and measured and was so nice explaining things and answering any questions we had. The installers did a great job. Super nice and very fast and efficient!
We had a good experience and will definitely be returning when we decide to build a new house.

Excellent experience working with Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and especially Jasmine as I had a tight time frame to have the countertops and backsplash measured and installed. She worked hand in hand with me to meet the timeline and installation went smooth. Will continue to work with them on future installations.

Chasity @ Rocky Tops has been awesome to work with she was very friendly & really cared about all my needs & wants! Greg that did our templet was very great to work with too & our team of installers were over the top amazing, you could tell they really cared about the customer & took great pride in there work to make sure it was was done just exactly like I wanted it done!! Rocky Top Custom Countertops just installed my quartz countertop. Noe and his partner did a great job installing it, and cleaned up after they were through. Randall Gregory was great to work with and answered all my phone calls. I have done most of my work my self because workers come in and don’t know what they are doing or they want to argue with you and I end up firing them, this is the first company that has pride in their work . I can’t say enough about this company. I give it a “A+!!!!!!!”. Thanks Randall for making this remodeling pleasant for me.
