I love this place I have nothing bad to say other than the men's shoe selection for men leaves a little to be desired. Tons of shoe selections available for women but not so much for the guys. Don't know if it's a space or availability issue but they're just don't seem to be as many shoes available on the floor. Had to go to REI and Elliott's to find the Keens and Oboz I was looking for.

Not as bad as the North Shore location with customer harassment as soon as you walk in but close. Make sure you're not goin in to browse or think for 5 minutes. They hound you to death every minute. I dread when I can't order something online and have to go here or REI. Every real outdoor athlete can not stand theses places. They're not helping you in anyway. It's all about sale urgency. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience. This jacket was supposed to be a gift for my 13 year old. We were specifically told we would receive the jacket before Christmas which never happened. Once I got someone from customer service they neglected the facts that I gave and automatically sided with the store associate. Rock Creek used to be a brand I could trust in, but apparently don't value loyal customers like they used to..In my opinion this is unacceptable, and I won't be back !

I came in maybe 15 minutes before close to Christmas shop for my boyfriend and not only was I not rushed in the slightest, the staff was incredibly patient and helpful. Especially the lovely Paige (I hope I'm spelling her name right) who saved me by catching that I had accidentally picked out a women's size and was incredibly patient while I grabbed a replacement and ended up finding something else I liked. Will definitely be returning!

Employees were very helpful and nice, they got me exactly what I needed very quickly. They have a good amount in stock, especially more popular shoes like Blundstones.

Great service at this store, my wife and I ended up buying a lot of items here as a result of how helpful the employees were. Samantha basically acted as a personal shopper with my wife for an hour and John in shoes was very patient as we tried on many pairs.They also had a spinner I got to spin and received a 15% off membership for a year which is really awesome considering the premium brands they carry (can be used on anything).Shout out to Paige as well for ordering a specific jacket for me!

GRATEFUL for my experience today! Paige patiently helped me find a new pair of sandals, a shady hat, and she looked through racks and racks of shirts in search of something for a big guy. I had a good feeling when I walked inside and immediately heard Jerry Garcia Band playing throughout the store! ❤️ ? Shout out to Rock/Creek Hamilton Place ? Today was my first time in, but I'll definitely be back!
