We have had the worst experience with this printer company!Our former bookkeeper signed a contract with this company for 5 years without our knowledge; no owner signed our contract. The one sales person who visited within the first year would flirt with our staff to upgrade before being asked not to return by the owner. Our sales person has changed so many times we didn't know who it was for 3 years. We didn't have any maintenance service completed to our equipment for over 3 years until it locked; which it stayed for 3 days before a service person came out. All services are not included so there are additional fees for services. Our scanner on the equipment doesn't allow us to scan from any of our computers; still a current problem. Their fees have gone up without any form of notice.We are completely dissatisfied with the printers and service we have received and the only option provided was a buyout of our contract that the owners never signed. We are looking forward to the day they come and collect their printers; we will never use them again.

We have used RJ Young for our copier/printer/fax/scanner needs for many years and have always been pleased with their service. The company I work for recently made the decision to upgrade our device and John Picklesimer was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs, was very patient with us and got us a fantastic deal. Set up was quick and easy and the new machine works great. I know if we ever have any issues we can contact RJ Young and they will get us up and running quickly. I know this because our old machine was over 10 years old so there were issues, due to its age, but RJ Young was always able to get parts and get us back up and running.

He arrives promptly, prepared with parts that may be needed and is very knowledgeable about the products they supply. It has been a pleasurable experience working with him and the company as a whole. We've been utilizing R. J. Young's small and wide-format print services for almost 15-years and couldn't be more pleased. In that time, I've had more than one competing print services company contact me, looking to earn our business, but the service, prices, hardware selection, and support R. J. Young of Chattanooga has given us throughout our time with them makes it a no-brainer to stay with good people who've given us nothing but great service.

Great people doing business with! Sarah was amazing to work with when we were looking for a printer for our small business. she was with us every step of the way and follows up with us very often to make sure we have the best service. She even informed us about the other services they offer and we ended up getting a complete security system set up for our office. Would not trust any other company in this line of work.

RJ Young has been absolutely AMAZING to us thus far!! Sarah is our representative, and she takes care of our needs so quickly and efficiently. It is great. We text her anytime we have a question and she immediately informs her team and gets exactly who we need to come out and assist us.
