I had a policy for my car with a well known company. Out of nowhere they more than doubled my payment. I started searching for a new policy, in my search I discovered for years I paid for a basic plan, that ultimately would not even cover my vehicle if it was a total loss. I made the call and dropped in to see Brooke. She went over my options, and was able to drop the monthly rate, provide full coverage that I feel confident will take care of any issues, but hopefully none will arise. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not listen to what you want on your policy. I am a home health worker and have never had insurance that did not cover a rental. That was before the owner JIM h as ndled my insurace policy. Now I have red to miss work as LL because the owner did not take the Time to even listen to what I have been paying for. So I will be having an attorney handle Mr Jim!!!

I called a month ago for a quote on home owners insurance. I was told we will call back in a couple of days. Aint heard anything. No wonder places go out of business. Poor customer service

I LOVE Erie Insurance. Great company. This agency is horrible, though. Won't return calls, won't give quotes, and forget them answering the phone... Just leave a voicemail and hope they'll return it in two or three weeks... If at all.
