I'm honestly shocked that the low rating everybody that works here is super nice! I've been banking here in Chattanooga for 5 years there is even members of staff that remember you from different branches they're always sure to say hello and have great customer service thank you all take care.

Every time I go in everyone here is beyond helpful. Went in again today to get an automated issue with my savings account corrected. Abbie and Elaina (sorry if I misspelled) were superheroes and immediately jumped into action. They corrected my problem quickly and professionally when the reps on the 800 number wouldn’t even try to help me and I just had to brag on them. Give them raises and breaks and free lunches cuz those girls rock. Thanks girls!

Super slow and unfriendly. All they care about is for you to open bank accounts, then they dont care about your issues with your transactions. I am closing my 3 bank acounts today!

Extremely slow and inefficient. Seems to be always understaffed. Expect to wait anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes or more if going through the drive thru.

The associate helping me handle a fraudulent charge on my account was rude and not friendly at all. I was calm and just wanted information as far as how to handle my situation and felt as if I was treated like a burden and a waste of her time.
