Wonderful customer service! I was greeted by name, even though I hadn’t been to this branch in over 5 years! George asked about my family and how life had been treating us! It was a wonderful visit and all my banking needs was taken care of!

Have been very disappointed with this bank since joining. Most deposits take up to 3 days to clear. Customer service is not good, at all.Looking forward to switching banks ASAP

I have been to this branch twice since I've been in town with my sick baby in the NICU and each time has been a quick, friendly, and overall positive experience.

Not very human customer service. I know there are rules, but kindness goes a long way. No attempt at all in the area of kindness with a teller named Patricia. I highly recommend the downtown branch over this branch but they're sometimes extremely busy and I was in a hurry but I will do everything I can to not return to those branch unless absolutely necessary. I will definitely be praying for Patricia that the Lord will soften her heart.

I have been banking at the Broad Street Branch for 30+ years and have never had a bad experience. George has greeted me every time he sees me, and at times has gone out of his way to help me with unusual requests. The staff has been friendly and courteous. I do expect delays if I come in at lunch time on a Friday. I have never had experiences like some of the other reviewers. Although since I retired, I am not in the branch very often and do most of my banking online. It makes me question the negative reviews.

I visited bank today to open a business account today. I was very excited bc I received my LLC for my trucking business. I do a lot of business across the country bc I travel everywhere. I am a female truck driver and is purchshing my first semi. Well the bank manager George assisted me. I explained I am a resident from Florida and needed to open a business account. I had more than enough proper documentation, he continued to ask me retoricle questions that was unrelated to business at hand. I'm also a retiredBank of America banker of 24 years. I’ve had lots of good experiences here. I’ve only used the personal bankers a few times but my experiences were always good. Their mobile app is very easy to use and I use the ATM rather than the drive thru. The bank manager is a great guy, friendly and helpful.

Rude staff. Bank is a house of lies. Hidden account fees will cost you money and when you contest it they will smile and say "Too bad, that's policy". You bank at Regions you deserve what you get.

Terrible service, I felt discriminated, I felt like I was something wrong, this lady treated me bad, because I was getting a withdrawal, she was so rude with me.I am taking a decision to close down the account.As a business owner I never felt something like that in regions before.The lady works in south broad branch in chattanooga TN, I can't remember her name.But I just left at 4 pm july the 13th.

This bank is terrible. No one can help you figure out failures on regions end. Close your account and find a better bank as soon as you can. Typical corporation that cares nothing about anyone.

Waited 15 minutes in line at window closest to building. Turns out that after 15 min the line still had not moved. I took advantage of an opening in the next line and was waited on immediately. I believe that drive thru lines are meant for simple transactions. Those with complex transactions should go inside. So, my excessive wait was due to an inconsiderate customer and not the bank.

35 minute drive thru visit this morning. Crazy slow
