Yesterday Vetcor Veterinary at Red Bank Animal Hospital accepted a check for services for my pet in the amount $487.83 and ran the check through my bank twice. When I noticed that almost $1000 had been withdrawn I called and reported it to the Vetcor Veterinary clinic office manager. She said it was pending on her side and she would update me. Several hours later with no update, I called back and learned, after pressing for a timeline, that Vetcor Veterinary will process a refund in 5-7 days. I don't understand why Vetcor Veterinary can't simply reverse the charges, especially given the amount of money Vetcor Veterinary is holding based on an error by Vetcor Veterinary staff. Sharing for awareness.

Great experience with staff and vet techs, and we saw Dr. Fisher, who was very good with our dog. She had recommendations for our problem and we were very happy with the outcome.

Red Bank animal hospital has been my vet for years and have took all my animals there ,but the other day I went by to get a flee pill nexguardfor my two old geriatric dogs , which I have gotten before many times now all of a sudden I have to bring them in for a checkup before I can get them any relief the pills work the best. . I think if you have a established relationship with a vet and the animal has been there before you shou,d be able to get what u need . Seems to me they care more about money then the welfare of the pets. My 2 dogs are 12 and 14 just trying to get them some relief in there last days ,a wellness check is not necessary since I have given them nexguard before. Just beware when u go to red bank animal hospital that unless u are willing to spend a lot of money u want get much service. They are the closest to my house but I may have to look for another vet.

Took my dog here for an annual checkup. Appointment started 45 minutes late and I don't think they would have even acknowledged it if I hadn't gone up to the front desk after 25 minutes to ask if something was wrong. The vet gave a quick overlook, said everything looked good and left. Didn't give me any advice on things to look out for at my dog's age or any breed specific suggestions. It was fine for a bare minimum checkup but I won't be back.

They are a professional and kind group of veterinarians who take their time and help with the overall health of your pet and not just the symptoms you bring them in for.

The veterinarians and vet technicians are very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They care more about the animals and their owners than the money. They truly care about your pets. Dr. Swift is an excellent veterinarian.

I have been bringing my animals to the clinic whenever they get sick or for check ups. Dr Bogan is fantastic. I am comfortable with her decisions that she makes for my animals and I feel confident that she has their best interests. I trust her.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Red Bank Animal Hospital! Their team is so lovely and helpful. I’ve taken my animals there for things as routine as check ups, and things as complex as surgery. No matter what the nature of the visit is, they are diligent, compassionate, and they take great care to make sure that my animals are comfortable and receive the best service possible! And on top of the wonderful care, it’s also affordable! I highly recommend Red Bank Animal Hospital to anyone that’s looking for veterinary care!
