I read the message from the owner. Do not believe it . Try to make Contact with somebody from the office. There is no way to get through to the office unless you know the person you're looking. I spoke with the on call agent asking for Contact name and phone number for someone at the office. He was rude And condescending. If you want to sell your property do-it-yourself or find some other agency

As a first-time home buyer Kyle made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about every process we went through! It took 2 weeks of me not being contacted about a rental I applied for before I decided to call Ashley Burns myself. She was condescending, unprofessional, and entirely unhelpful. I cannot express how unprofessional the entire experience was, beginning with a tour of the house by one of her brokers who knew no specific information about the house and gave us no clear direction of how to move forward with the process.

Have to give Melanie a shout out from this realtor office. A girlfriend of mine is currently using her to find a home in Chattanooga and I am simply tagging along for moral support. We just love working with her! She has a great personality! She took so much time to show us homes and give great details about all the surrounding neighborhoods. I am not sure where to start. My entire experience with this firm was extraordinary! I was represented by Dillon May on my purchase. I moved to Chattanooga, TN November of last year and I decided it was time to buy. I contacted Dillon and told him what I was looking for. He set up several properties that I may be interested in on a Saturday, I was lucky enough to find a perfect fit that day! Dillon did an awesome job negotiating and we had an accepted offer by that evening. I recently closed on this property in a little over a month after submitting the offer and I instantly have equity in the property! Dillon really did his homework on ( up and coming ) areas of Chattanooga and aligned me well with the market.
