As a business owner I can confidently say I've never encountered such an unorganized place. Seems to be quite a breakdown in communication between reps and office staff and after multiple chances I think we've made our final purchase from White Cap.

I placed an order, received an order confirmation, and my card was charged. I waited a week later and called about the fact that I never received shipping information only to learn that "Oh, the warehouse is out of what you ordered and we should've refunded your card." Only they mysteriously hadn't and probably wouldn't have unless I had called. Terrible service.
