WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered matching chests to use as nightstands. One was in stock and other was supposed to come in a couple of months. Waited very patiently for a year and a half. The first one they received from the vendor was damaged. Second one also damaged. So Revival decided to just cancel my order and leave us short one nightstand. Their reason was that the vendor just wasn't up to their standards. Apparently, they have no customer service standards...leaving us high and dry after so long. I was able to find this nighstand - that Revival couldn't get for 18 months - online and in-stock later that day. Bad news for me is that I had to pay over $400 more for it as prices have gone up since the pandemic. I suspect that's the real reason behind the cancellation.

Revival Home at Warehouse Row in Chattanooga is an excellent furniture and home store that has beautiful and unique items that work well for just about any space that you have in mind. I like being able to go to the store and try out all of the furniture and items before making a purchase and this store works really well for that. I was satisfied with all of the purchases from here.

The sales team is quite rude. I was interested in an oil painting and the sales associate was very dismissive, had no information about the origin of the piece or the artist, and when I asked if he could find out more information for me, he curtly replied, "No".
