Horrible customer service, self service options only for the front desk. No one helps, and those that do talk to you are rude and dismissive.

Incompetence. They close early but do not list this information. After 3:30 they will not test you.

Check in is streamlined with a kiosk, no having to wait for staff to be available.I recommend having an appointment if your visit is time sensitive. There were 4 people there before me, but I had an appointment and I was In and out in 10 minutes. Had my results within 24 hours. The phlebotomist was very kind, she made sure I fully understood what my insurance was covering and what would be my responsibility. It was an all around great experience

Went to take a pre-employment drug screen. Arrived at 3:15. Nobody in the waiting room. Nobody at the desk. Stood there for a few minutes. Finally someone comes out and greets me. She was very nice. Then a white woman with glasses comes out and tells me to come back tomorrow because it's after 3:10pm. I respond that all the signs say until 3:30pm. "They haven't updated the signs yet." She had an attitude the entire time like she doesn't get paid to do her job. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Absolutely the worst service ever and place should be closed down! Sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes with no one else in the waiting room while the ladies in the back laughed and joked around talking about their weekends! When asked they told me they were sorry and another 29 minutes later they asked me to come back for a 3 minute procedure!

If you’re any form of LGBT, please don’t go here. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me upon learning about my LGBT status.

I had bood work done. The bill was over 1k and I don't have insurance. I set up a payment of $100/mo after 6 months of me paying the $100/mo they sent it to collections without me knowing. So they sent $400 into collections after me paying $100/mo. I never missed a payment, and they never contacted me. I paid the remainder in full in collections. Would never trust this company. Go with Labcorp instead. They will work with you if you don't have insurance. Also, they have payment plans that will not go to collections.

Drug screen cut off is at 330pm. Does not show this on email or website. I showed up at 340pm and they denied to see me. Their customer service is severely lacking and cutting off their services an hour before closing time without any notification is very disrespectful to their clients and should be made known on the website or email. They should just list their closing time as 330pm to avoid people having to get off work early and drive quite a ways only to find they stopped doing their services an hour before shown closing time.

Went in this morning, they asked for some passcode that was supposed to be emailed to me, I pulled all emails from Quest including the one with QR code but that wasn’t it. Since they couldn’t locate the passcode I was refused to be seen even though I had purchased and paid for a full panel test in advance and took my time off work. I do not recommend this place.

Be prepared to wait forever appointment or walk in. Don’t believe any of the wait times listed. Go ahead and make sure to cancel the plans you have afterward.

I ordered some labs online and scheduled an appt super easy at Quest. The office was clean and professional and staff were prompt and awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Billing department is GOD. AWFUL. I paid for my test on day of service. They billed my insurance anyway, which didn't cover it (which is why I paid for it on day of service), then sent me the bill for what the insurance didn't cover. I sent them the receipt proving I I paid the bill already. I have now had to sent them the receipt four times, each time customer service assuring me that they would fix it and no I can't talk to someone who could fix it while I was on the phone with them. The bill is about to be sent to collections for a test I ALREADY PAID FOR

I was in today (1/18), and Felicia was just the best, personable, professional, and accurate when it comes to sticking a vein...plus, I enjoyed our conversation!
