Brand new store, centrally located to Lookout Mountain area. Not as large as other Publix Supermarkets, but a perfect quick shop in the area! Great sushi and Deli area.

Beautiful store. We love Publix I was once employed in the deli in our hometown. This one disappointed me..we were visiting the area and I told my hubby let's get a plate lunch from here, because we love the deli food. Well, I'm glad I made the decision not to get something. There was only one associate and she had a huge line at the sub station. We were willing to wait until we saw the fried food and she handed me an onion ring..so so dry and hard. The only meats they had cooked on the hot dish section was baked chicken that looked horrible,BBQ pork roast all fat, dried up fried fish and such a horrible array. No wonder the locals were getting a because a gentleman told me that was the best bet. We have a decent size deli in my hometown we have a full steam table with lots of good HOT choices. Someone should've been there to help her take care of customers especially at the time it was 12:30 pm. . Overall fairly new store and loved the layout. Thank you.

I would give it 5 stars if some derpy kid didn't stare at me in the lobby while I was enjoying my lunch and follow me around like a shoplifter. She actually followed me outside to my car. I had environmentally-friendly cloth bags. I went to self checkout and scanned every item in my bags. I had a receipt I could have showed her. I told her I knew she was watching me and that I wasn't a shoplifter. I called the front end manager. Manager lied and said the young lady I described didn't match the description of any of their employees and she'd had to watch the cameras.

Very trendy folks shop here. The store was clean, and the deli food was above average.Many nice-looking young ladies shop here for all you single guys needing groceries and a date. LolThe staff was friendly as well.

Really nice Publix! The section in the front where you can sit and eat is really nice. I'll have to buy a sub sandwich next time and enjoy.

I wanted to get 50 wings for football Sunday, the very nice lady at the counter said let me see what we have left. The gentleman from the back came out asked me what I wanted and made some recommendations about splitting them up. About 10 minutes later I had fresh, hot wings. The flavor was fantastic on all of them the texture was a little off they were a little rubbery. I would give them an 8 out of 10. All the employees were definitely 10's they rocked!

Long story short. Our GPS redirected us off i-24 and as it took us to this Publix, I was like omg! I gotta get babysbreath flowers for my daughter's baby shower and her fav hydrangeas. They had a pack of 2, for Saturday morning. God is good. Stopped and got what I needed and even an employee at self checkout asked, Did you find everything ok?. Super nice people and so courteous and helpful.

Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff was all friendly. Nice deli/prepared food area (sandwich station, sushi corner, and warm food station) at the left entrance when facing the store. Store itself looks brand new. We stopped here to get water and a quick lunch before heading home. The seating area is in the front by the shopping carts so we got a really lovely view of Lookout Mountain.

Usually Publix deli is outstanding but this was the worst experience I've had. Three of the things I asked for on my sub were left off, and one I didn't even ask for was put on? The receipt on the bag even has what I should have gotten but what was in the bag was way off.

I've had sandwiches at a Publix from the deli before. But this St. Elmo location has become my new favorite for a deli sandwich! I was blessed to be served by a wonderful lady that usually works in the morning. Sadly, I can't remember her name. She knows how to take care of her customers with great customer service, attention to details and a delicious ? sandwich experience.Definitely planning to return!! ??

As close to a Texas style grocery as you will find in Chattanooga. We’ve been pretty frustrated with the other chain grocery stores in the area. This was a fresh, clean, well organized store. Helpful staff and Publix app convenient for locating odd items. I’ll be back!

Absolutely pathetic deli! Line is 15 people deep and they have the audacity to move at a snails pace! The sub line should not be a 30+ minute wait for an overpriced sub! No manager in sight to help the staff out! FIRE THE DELI MANAGER!

Publix has turned out to be one of the nicest grocery chains I have ever shopped in. The variety, quality foods, and service are outstanding. They offered to special order an item I did not see and I even was given a birthday cake for my birthday! They definitely go above and beyond to care about their customers.

There seems to be an employee by the name of Chera who goes by the tiktok handle @cherahilt that’s recording demeaning and harsssing content regarding fellow coworkers while in uniform on the clock.She can be seen in uniform in office in her videos, mainly calling out a coworker for having schizophrenia and attempting to delegitimize her condition, as well as stating that others in office including management do not believe her.Since her antics have gone viral on the internet, she has been removing her videos or verbally lashing out and cussing out other content creators or commentors, but her antics have been spreading on the internet and can be found reuploaded or addressed by other creators should you wish to find said content.I believe this employee is a poor representation of Publix and quite honestly makes a lot of us feel unsafe going in/shopping at the stores for fear of similarly unhinged and disrespectful employees.
