I switched to Publix Pharmacy at Village at Waterside a couple years ago. I grew tired of my old pharmacy filling prescriptions without my approval, calling once a week to ask if I needed anything refilled, and never picking up the phone. I understand most corporate pharmacies have to meet daily quotas, but it was getting ridiculous.
This Publix pharmacy is always well-staffed, they fill orders in a reasonable amount of time, and will never bug you to meet corporate quotas. The two friendly pharmacists, Chris and Kelli, will remember who you are within a month, and are knowledgeable if you have any questions.
It's inside a Publix, so you can do your daily grocery shopping before picking up a pharmacy order.
Do be advised, you won't get a 2 foot roll of coupons along with your receipt like CVS. It's a small price to pay for this excellent pharmacy.
I give this pharmacy my highest recommendation.

Over priced convenience store. Horrible selection and the produce is always on its last legs. I think they find it thrown out behind restaurants. With no Kroger they up the prices. Want proof? Fresh Market has lower prices on Hellman's mayo, well actually everyone does. The photo below was taken 30 minutes after purchase, this is the norm not the exception. It is what Publix laughingly calls a "medium onion." Others would call them cocktail onions.

Most disorganized pharmacy i have ever used. I called about 2 prescriptions. They said give us 15 minutes. I wait 20. I go in and they ring up some meds and I am on my way. As soon as I get home I get a text from them that my prescriptions are ready. They literally filled old prescriptions and didn't even tell me that while I was there, they were filling the new prescription. No they waited 45 minutes until I got home. And last tim I was there they lost my prescription and it took 5 of them to find that they had put it in the wrong place. Get it together.

I was grocery shopping and my 5 month old was fussing because he was hungry (I timed his next feeding and grocery shopping wrong ?) I went up front and asked if I could leave my full buggy there while I went to the restroom and fed him, they kindly kept my buggy behind the counter until I finished. When I finished and came back to get my buggy, they informed me that they have a designated area for moms to breastfeed if I were to need it again while at the store. I had my 5 month olds car seat down in the buggy so while checking out the lady bagging my things put them in a separate buggy and followed me out to my car and loaded my groceries while I got my baby in the car. Both of these things were so very helpful. Publix, THANK YOU!!!!

This is really a great grocery store. My dad worked in this industry for 44 years. So as a kid he took me around showing me the finer details of what makes a good store. In Particular the produce and meat departments were always on his radar screen. This store is amazing. First it is VERY clean and neat. All the canned good isles are "fronted" and very neat and straight. The produce is all so well presented and fresh. The meat market is always very nice too. It's obvious this store is ran by a true industry professional that knows how to display merchandise. The prices here can be a bit higher than other local chains but its almost worth it to shop in such an amazing store.

Love the store and the pharmacy! The pharmacy here has been an absolute blessing. They go above and beyond to help find the best price on medication and answer any questions. Refills are always quick and easy as well.

Publix is slowly becoming my favorite store to shop at. Yes things may cost more, but you know you're getting quality items and the customer service is always great. I needed a prescription transferred last minute spoke to the pharmacist Kelly, she was very courteous and managed to get it transferred, filled, and ready in 20mins she even did the goodrx since my insurance wouldnt cover it at Walgreens! Thank you Kelly you made my night!

Always the best. Bests subs. Anytime I am in Publix territory I must stop and get pub sub and take in the great produce and meat displays.
