This Publix on N. Market is busy but my favorite. All the associates have been pretty good to great All except... the ladies in the Pharmacy :( I'm well aware of how demanding and hectic this department is. I know the challenge of servicing difficult, nasty people. But the witchy attitudes have got to go. I've visited there about 5 times, with different ones at the register = both seemed angry or preoccupied, anything but customer focused or pleasant. A few days ago it was the Pharmacist who reluctantly came to the counter, talked too fast, wouldn't make eye contact or try to engage the customer (me) & went right back to her p.c. without my response. Was it a bad day? or do you just hate dealing with customers? The associate at the register was kind enough to repeat what she said. Please, this job in part, is a 'customer' service position, hopefully not customer punishment position.

We love stopping at Publix when in this part of country. Clean rest rooms, friendly staff, lots of local foods, sauces, relishes, etc to choose from. However we also stop in for a deli sandwich. Made to order on fresh bread, Boars head meats, this deli beats out most delis we have ever gone to. This particular Public right at bottom of Lookout Mountain even had indoor seats to dine.

Best pharmacy I have ever used. And at 76 yrs of age I have used many. Never a wait and always greeted with a smile. Customer comes first.

Excellent service! For four years the staff has gone over the top with concern for us. They have gone out of their way to solve problems. They have been timely. Communicated extremely well. Called us at home to make sure our need had been met. We trust them with our health.

Hannah is AMAZING!!!!! she called me today (when my rx was supposed to arrive) to tell me it hasn't and she will special order it. however I need it today so she's transferring it to another pharmacy and calling them to confirm they have it. this is so far above and beyond great service and genuine care to be sure I have what I need. thank you Hannah!!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about Natalie and team in the pharmacy. I’m in town for a business trip and had a migraine suddenly come on. Panicked when I realized I had none of my medicine with me. They immediately filled the prescription and even found me a copay. Cannot thank them enough.

couldnt eat my sandwich because somebody put the tavern ham on my sandwich instead of subbing it with pepperoni. (im allergic). my sister ended up eating it and said it was great though. please follow instructions next time!

I love this store, however every time I go to this store there is no parking, not enough people working in the deli, and workers standing around. I hate that it takes over 1 hour to just go into the store and try to check out. The lines are much to long and you are loosing business because of this. I stood in line for 30 minuets on my 1 hour lunch break just to turn around and walk out because there were still 3 people in front of me. Again love this store, but I wish you could get the people standing around to help the deli because they are drowning.

Clean, well organized, well stocked, present staff. I only took off one star because staff was a little in the way during my shopping experience on a Thursday afternoon, on two occasions they weren't mindful enough to not block the way

Disappointed in the pharmacy, my husband gets his epilepsy meds from this location he called two days ago and they told him his meds would not be there until one day after. I went today and they tell me my husband meds will not be there until Monday. My husband has had a rough morning because he’s been having seizures back to back and all they offer me is to ride to another Publix 30 minutes away to get meds that will only be enough for three days. My husband meds are not a simple Tylenol. Epilepsy is a serious illness and should be treated as such.

Publix Pharmacy Rocks! The Pharmacists and techs are super knowledgeable and always warm and friendly! Individually, each member of the pharmacy team has gone the extra mile for me so many times I can't count. I am one of those "special" customers and have several complex prescriptions. I know they have my back and look out for me which is a very rare thing these days!
