Thrift store was disgusting. It smelled absolutely horrible. All the racks were filled with garbage, stains, ripped, etc.

On my way to work one brisk December morning, I realized I left my work shirt (black polo) at home! Frantic, I called Providence at 8:20 am (store opens at 9am, same time I had my first client appointment) and in hopes of asking if I might be allowed to make a purchase before my first client…A kind man obliged and let me buy a shirt 15 minutes before opening! ABSOLUTE SAVIOR of the day! Eternally grateful to the kind gentlemen who assisted me… he even went as far as to pre-browse the shirts before I arrived and picked out a selection for me to look through!!20/10 customer service today!!!! Blessings!!!

Called to schedule a pick up for lots of furniture and 5 Christmas Treeslive a couple blocks from Chattanooga Store gonna charge me 20$ which would have been ok …but the woman that a schedules in Dalton very rude, speaking over me Shocked!! she is part of this organization/ ministryWill take stuff to Good Will or Donate to Catholic Church Saint Peter Basilica

Showed up at 9:05 to shop (posted hours day 9-8). Store was closed. People standing outside waiting to get in- knocked on the door - morning. I called the phone number 2 times, and the message said that the phone wasn't accepting phone calls. All of the lights were on in the store, and nobody was there.

Overall somewhat decent store however you really have to quality check items before checking out. Many are torn or stained… unfortunately to many to be acceptable. My biggest piece of advice to store is to do a more in depth quality inspection of items before putting them on racks.

The time was 7:42 and they close at 8. The lady at the front counter reminded me that they close at 8 (as if I didn't read the sign :/) and tried to rush me out. I found what I came in for quickly, but by her tone, at first I thought she was a "Karen", or racist. But who's to say in this part of town. Smh
